I'd like to see more belief from Fulham. I know they are 2-0 down against a very good side, but they can play. If they get out of the 4-4-1-1 and push some players forward they may get a chance. Give yourself an opportunity.

Everton make one enforced change to the team that beat Brighton 3-1 last time out, with Chelsea loanee Kurt Zouma ineligible to play against his parent club.

Zouma's absence means Yerry Mina starts his first league game for the Toffees, while Richarlison has passed a fitness test to start for Marco Silva's side.

Everton XI: Pickford, Keane, Gomes, Sigurdsson, Walcott, Digne, Mina, Gueye, Bernard, Coleman, Richarlison.

Paul: Well if it was a red card yesterday...why is it a yellow today? Another example of inconsistent reffing.

Ian Shakeshaft: That should have been a red card for Chambers tackle on Salah - studs over the top of the ball into his ankle.
