Big worry for Unai Emery with the ease his side were caught on the break. A more potent finisher would surely have punished the Gunners.

That is Arsenal in a nutshell. Brilliant football in the box, then they get hit on counter, how many time seen that his season? Leno gets a little touch as Ashley Westwood drags shot should be doing better, maybe dink it over the keeper. End to end football.
Arsenal 0-0 Burnley
Wow. Stunning start with chances at both ends.
Arsenal are denied by James Tarkowski's last-ditch challenge after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang attempted to get on the end of Ainsley Maitland-Niles' ball across the six-yard area.
Burnley immediately break and Ashley Westwood drags a shot with the only keeper to beat.
It should be 1-1!

Sean: Finally Lacazette & Aubameyang both start. Ozil captain. Elneny starts. Only problem is set pieces v Burnley - Monreal centre back who is small. Aubameyang and Lacazette can both score today. Will go 2-1 if we lucky. Still cannot understand how Xhaka starts.

Lucas Torreira has turned into a fan favourite, he’s one of my favourites from the World Cup. I watched all of Uruguay’s games and he was noticeably one of the better players. Exactly what we needed.
We are not at the training ground or in the dressing room, we don’t know what is happening. The manager has got a hand on every player all week and sees the little things. Maybe Torreira was a little jaded and as Arsenal are likely to have lot of the ball this is the perfect game to give him a rest.

Thanks Tom. Winter sun is pouring down on the Emirates and the Christmas songs keep on coming.
We've just had Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas' and now Elton John is urging everyone to 'Step Into Christmas'
Not heard the sausage roll song yet.

Unai Emery has dealt with Mesut Ozil brilliantly. If Jose Mourinho was looking on after his dealings with Paul Pogba, managers can take a leaf out of his book. He has been understated, not sensational. When Ozil is left out Emery said tactically he doesn’t fit in some games and he has also had injuries.
Someone asked him if Ozil had a future at the club and he just turned it back to the reporter.
To give him the armband today is a little too much candy. It’s almost going the other way, but otherwise he has dealt with the situation well.

Last season I watched a lot of Huddersfield with Thomas [Ince] playing for them and he always used to say 'we don't create enough chances so every time we create a chance we're under pressure to score because we don't know when the next one is going to come along'.
You sense that with them at the moment. The recruitment hasn't been great.

Bournemouth are defending a fine home record against their seaside rivals from along the coast, and they really need to maintain that run.
After a super start, Eddie Howe's side have seen their form dip, albeit in a tough run of fixtures. With trips to Tottenham and Manchester United over Christmas, Cherries fans I talk to see this as a vital game.
It's a sign of Brighton's progress that in only their second season back in the top flight, new targets are being set. The talk isn't all about just staying up. Albion know they must continue to improve on the road.
Against an injury-hit Bournemouth side which has lost seven games out of eight, this appears a good chance to net a third away win.
Arsenal v Burnley (12:30 GMT)
It's not a strange decision to rest Torreira, he's on 4 yellow cards and we have Liverpool away soon. Much rather have him for that so the result is 2-0 not 5-0.

West Ham v Watford (15:00 GMT)
Steve Bower

West Ham have shown what momentum can do to Premier League fortunes. Manuel Pellegrini's four defeats in a row, external in his first four league games seem a distant memory as he bids to become the first Hammers manager to win five consecutive league games since Alan Pardew 12 years ago.
They've begun to make the London Stadium feel like home, and despite being without the likes of Marko Arnautovic, Manuel Lanzini, Andriy Yarmolenko and Jack Wilshere, have moved up to within two points of the top six.
In contrast, Watford are grateful for their early season points - and their return to winning ways last weekend. They have won just two of their last 20 away from Vicarage Road and will be fully aware that improving that record in this fixture will be a challenging proposition.
