    Rangers v Dundee (15:00)

Recent signings Joe Worrall and Eros Grezda could make their Rangers debuts if they make it off the bench.

Former Rangers forward Kenny Miller plays at Ibrox for the first time since leaving the club this summer. On-loan Celtic left-back Calvin Miller makes his first start for Neil McCann's side.

The latter's inclusion is one of five changes, with goalkeeper Elliot Parish and debutant defender Andy Boyle as well as Darren O'Dea and Elton Ngwatala coming into the starting line-up.

Jack Hamilton, Genseric Kusunga, Lewis Spence and Adil Nabi drop to the bench, while Josh Meekings does not feature.

Centre-back Paul Hanlon misses out with a hamstring injury, while Jamie Maclaren drops to the bench, where defender Darren McGregor returns and new Australian signing Mark Milligan could make his debut as a substitute.

Kilmarnock manager Steve Clarke retains the same starting side that won 2-0 at Aberdeen a fortnight ago, with midfielder Aaron Tshibola fit after a hip injury.

Left-back Greg Taylor has also recovered from a hamstring complaint that forced him to pull out of Scotland Under-21 duty last week.

Motherwell v Heart of Midlothian (15:00)

Motherwell manager Stephen Robinson told BBC Radio Scotland: "We have hit a decent run of form.

"We've progressed in the cup and we've had two good results against Rangers here and Dundee.

"Hearts have a good squad. Craig has strengthened over the summer and he's brought people who fit into his style who have an energy and physicality about them.

"It will be a tough game, but if we get something out of this, maybe it puts a little stamp down of where we want to be.

  6. 'If you're doing well, you'll stay in the team'published at 14:30 British Summer Time 15 September 2018

    Livingston v Hamilton Academical (15:00)

LIvingston manager Gary Holt on BBC Radio Scotland: "We’ve managed to work on a few bits and bobs during the international break and protect a few players who have been playing with niggles and those coming back from injury.

"I have said to the players, if you’re doing well, you’ll stay in the team.

"Today will be tough, Accies have made a few changes, but we know what they’re about and how they play. I don’t think the style of play will change, it’s just the personnel.

"We have to concentrate in putting our footprint on the game and trying to get the win."

    Livingston v Hamilton Academical (15:00)

Unsurprisingly, Livingston manager Gary Holt sticks with the same line-up that conquered Hibernian a fortnight ago. Ryan Hardie returns from a foot injury to take a place on the bench.

Hamilton make four changes from their disappointing defeat by St Johnstone before the international break.

Out go Aaron McGowan, Shaun Want, Tom Taiwo and Steven Boyd.

In their place, centre-back Matt Kilgallon, former Hibs midfielder Scott Martin and forward Fredrik Brustad make their debuts, while Lennard Sowah also starts.

Forward James Keatings could make the first outing of his second spell at Accies from the bench.

St Johnstone manager Tommy Wright selects the same starting XI that overcame Hamilton in their last outing.

  10. 'My plan is to start up the stairs' - Leveinpublished at 14:22 British Summer Time 15 September 2018

Motherwell v Heart of Midlothian (15:00)

Hearts manager Craig Levein spoke to Chris McLaughlin about his return to duty after his health scare.

"I feel great," he said. "I'm excited and looking forward to the match.

"My plan is to start up the stairs and if gravity brings me down then so the case shall be.

"I think I've done what my body has told me to do. I've taken some time off and gradually I've started to feel stronger.

"I had three choices. One, I didn't come, which I felt too good for. Two, I try and detach myself emotionally a little bit, but when you are down here pitch-side, you get the noise, the tackles, the smells and it can suck you in very quickly.

" I feel comfortable and that's what I'll do today."

  12. Officials under pressure?published at 14:20 British Summer Time 15 September 2018

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers was unhappy at the red card shown to Olivier Ntcham by referee Andrew Dallas last night in the draw with St Mirren - joining a long list of complaints against Scottish FA officialdom this week.

Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes, Kilmarnock's Steve Clarke, Hibs head coach Neil Lennon and Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon all had a go at the disciplinary process.

Former top referee Charlie Richmond suggested to BBC Scotland that it could lead to some officials being over cautious this weekend in fear of being drawn into more controversy.

It all feels a bit reminiscent of the snowball effect of criticism that led to Scottish referees going on strike in 2010.

Everyone will be hoping it doesn't end up that serious.

  13. Gerrard wants to find Rangers' 'style'published at 14:18 British Summer Time 15 September 2018

    Rangers v Dundee (15:00)

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard on RangersTV: "The schedule's been really full-on since 15 June. This was the first chance we could really give them a couple of days off with their families.

"But, at the same time, we've had some double sessions as well just to make sure we hit the right volume of work.

"The lads have worked hard that have stayed behind and we've obviously kept a close eye on the international lads as well.

"We haven't had much time on the training ground because of the schedule of games. It's been game, recovery and then straight into the next game.

"We've got a lot of home games coming up and we want to try and find our style and rhythm."

  20. Levein back for leaders Hearts?published at 14:06 British Summer Time 15 September 2018

Hearts' opportunity to extend their Premiership lead to five points over Celtic is not the only bit of intrigue at Motherwell today.

Manager Craig Levein could be back in the dugout for the first time since his recent health scare.

Neil McCann is the team boss most under pressure and it doesn't come much tougher than taking your side to Ibrox in search of your first points of the season - against a side being inspired by Steven Gerrard.
