Reynald Pedros wins the award after a terrific season with Lyon!
Reynald Pedros (Lyon) - He saw his side to the French league and Champions League double. Lyon were unbeaten in the Division 1 Feminine and he also guided the team to the Coupe de France Feminine final.
Asako Takakura (Japan) - Guided Nadeshiko to the AFC Women’s Asian Cup title. Defeated Australia in the final to lift the trophy and her side conceded just twice in five games en route to victory.
Sarina Wiegman (Netherlands) - Made undefeated start to Women’s World Cup qualifying. They scored 21 without conceding in first seven games on road to France 2019.
Idris Elba then whacks out a waistcoat which has Gareth Southgate's face all over it...

The England boss is presenting the next award which will be the Best Women's Coach.
Thibaut Courtois: "I would like to thank my teammates and my coaches - they always give the best advice. So thank you everyone!"
Real Madrid keeper and former Chelsea shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois has won the Best Goalkeeper Award.
Up next is the Best Goalkeeper award. Thibaut Courtois, Kasper Schmeichel and Hugo Lloris are the three finalists.
Former Manchester United Edwin van der Sar and former Brazilian stopper Jakson Ragnar Follmann are presenting the award.
Follmann is one of the survivors of the plane crashed that decimated the Chapecoense football team.
Deschamps addresses the audience in French and receives a standing ovation.
"I would like to thank Zinedine Zidane and Zlatko Dalic. They are both winners," Anne-Laure Bonnet informs us.
"We are nothing without our players. I would like to thank the whole team. They worked hard to get me here tonight."
Didier Deschamps is the winner!
He led France to their second World Cup title this summer.
Manchester City fan Noel Gallagher speaking to BBC Sport, on Pep Guardiola missing out on the Best Men's Coach final three: "It's a disgrace. I'll mention it in my act!
"I can't put it into words. Every time you turn on the TV you are expecting to win. The people who run the club are amazing. It is mind-blowing if you think about it.
"I think Kevin de Bruyne should be winning the Men's Best award! He's not in the final three. I think there's a Man City bias this year!
On Ronaldo missing the ceremony: "I was hoping to get his autograph for my son but never mind..."
Arsene Wenger is here to present the Best Men's Coach award.
He says all three finalists "were really impressive."
Didier Deschamps, Zinedine Zidane and Croatia boss Zlatko Dalic are the trio up for the award.

Mohamed Salah wins the Fifa Puskas Award for his goal against Everton.
Gallagher says "It's great to be in a room full of some of the world's best footballers...and a few Manchester United players."

Lyon striker Ada Hegerberg says scoring the best goals are about "technique and concentration" but "some people are "born with instinct."
On which goal was her favorite: "I like the one from Gareth bale and I really like Lionel Messi's goal actually. It shows technique, balance and a lot of pace. So maybe that one!"
French journalist Anne-Laure Bonnet has just been introduced to the crowd.
She asks Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois what goals he likes to save best: "You always try to save all of them. Sometimes in training we shoot at the other goalkeepers!"
Elba has just introduced the award and is trying to work up the crowd a little. Dani Alves comes down the middle of the audience to join in the act.
He's wearing a spectacular outfit. It's not quite my taste, but each to their own!
My favourite goal?
Has to be this absolute corker.
Ronaldo's goal against Juventus, while playing for Real Madrid in the Champions League, is also nominated. He won the Uefa Goal of the Season award earlier this year.
His new club then had to tweet this very awkward congratulations...
