Rangers are enjoying so much of the play but it’s almost entirely in front of the Livingston defence. Steven Gerrard’s men simply can’t find a way through them and when they get the ball wide, their delivery hasn’t been sufficiently incisive. A very frustrating afternoon for Rangers, but a textbook counter-attacking performance from Livingston.

We have a delay in proceedings as an assistant referee requires treatment for a head wound. Difficult to say what happened, or whether he was struck by something, but he's now smiling and we're back under way.

Livingston appear content to sit deep and try to hit Rangers on the counter attack. Keaghan Jacobs and Dolly Menga combine to good effect down the left but the move fizzles out as Allan McGregor gallops out to blooter the ball clear.

The visitors look to probe down the left in their search for an equaliser Borna Barisic's deep cross is comfortably gathered by Liam Kelly.

Moments later the Livingston keeper is called into action again, reacting smartly to block a Alfredo Morelos shot.
