  1. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:20 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Wolves

Palace midfielder James McArthur, who was asking for a second booking, is replaced by Max Meyer.

Palace have half an hour to find a way through this very well drilled Wolves defence.

Still all to play for after an hour at the King Power.

Both teams still looking to affect the game at the right end of the pitch.

    Watford 0-4 Bournemouth

Bournemouth could not be more comfortable if they were in their dressing gown, in front of a roaring fire with a tumbler of brandy in their hand.

Watford are huffing and puffing but it is but a light breeze against the door of the Cherries' house.

'The players and stadium have effected that decision'published at 16:17 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Tottenham 1-0 Cardiff

I think the referee was going for a yellow but he gets surrounded by Spurs players. The challenge isn't dangerous, it's very cynical.

It's high and it's very cynical but the Tottenham reaction and the stadium's reaction has had an effect on his decision.

  5. RED CARD - Joe Rallspublished at 16:16 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Tottenham 1-0 Cardiff

That is filth, almost schoolboy stuff from Cardiff midfielder Joe Ralls. Lucas Moura plays the ball around Ralls on the halfway line and knocks it down the line. His pace is going to send him clear and Ralls just has a look at the Brazilian and absolutely hacks him down. No intent to play the ball at all, which was 15 yards away.

    Red card.

One full-back scores for Wolves, another is just inches away for Leicester.

Ben Chilwell cuts inside and fires a shot from 20 yards that drifts just wide of the post.

  7. Is Paterson the key?published at 16:15 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Tottenham 1-0 Cardiff

When the ball is played up to Callum Paterson, Davinson Sanchez does not want to tackle because he's been booked. In that challenge there he completely left the striker. Can Cardiff get on the front foot by finding their front man?

    Matt Doherty (56 mins)

    The Irish Cafu!

What a fine goal. Matt Doherty, one of the players of the season so far, plays a one-two with Raul Jimenez, gallops into the area and then fires into the back of the net.

Wayne Hennessey was done at his near post. I am contractually obliged to tell you that he'll be disappointed with that.

Vardy has spent a bit too much of his time offside this game. He is caught again trying to latch on to a through ball.

He'll keep trying, though. All he needs to do is time one right.

Right we've got some good ones for Eddie Howe just as his team score their fourth.

Brilliant play by Son on the left starts a rapid Spurs break but Harry Winks rather kills the momentum on the edge of the area. Needed to play it quicker or shoot.

Wes Morgan is slamming his size 10s down on some pretty thin ice. Already booked, he brings down Richarlison. One of those where he would probably have picked up a yellow had it not already been shown one.

    Burnley 1-0 Huddesfield

Nothing much to report from Turf Moor. And that must change if the visitors are to get on the scoresheet.

Callum Wilson has played very well, and it's a good finish, but the goalkeeper makes it very easy for him. I'm not sure what Ben Foster is doing, he almost vacates the goal and Wilson does the rest.

    What a block from Morrison!

The ball comes over the top and Harry Kane forces a good save from Etheridge but, much like the first half, the Cardiff keeper parries out into the box, Lucas Moura strikes towards goal but it's blocked incredibly from Sean Morrison.

This could end up a rugby score.

Ryan Fraser's cross is looped over Ben Foster by the boot of Callum Wilson, who has time to get a second touch on the ball to poke it home.

Troy Deeney is rowing with Etienne Capoue as the Cherries celebrate. Could not be more contrasting.

  20. Amazing block!published at 16:04 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Tottenham 1-0 Cardiff

How has he kept that out! Harry Kane's header is well saved by Neil Etheridge but the ball runs to Lucas, who drills in the shot. Looks like 2-0 all the way but somehow Sean Morrison keeps it out on the line! He knees it over his own bar.

They check the cameras and he did indeed stop it from crossing the line. Incredible defending...
