  1. 'Richarlison has conned the referee'published at 16:31 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Leicester 1-1 Everton

    Paul Ince
Former England midfielder on Final Score

Wes Morgan's tackle didn't deserve a second yellow card and Richarlison has conned the referee. Not every foul is a yellow and we need to stamp this diving out.

The shots keep coming from Everton. Gylfi Sigurdsson forces Schmeichel to tip one behind with a 25-yard shot.

Leicester then have to show resilience to get the resulting corner away.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:29 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Leicester 1-1 Everton

Everton going for it (understandably). Striker Cenk Tosun on for defensive midfielder Tom Davies.

    Scramble. Scramble!

Lucas Digne's shot is pushed out into the box by Kasper Schmeichel, who is up to then save from Tom Davies, leaving the Leicester defenders to throw themselves in front of a couple of bullets and clear.

City are going to have to dig in now.

    Tottenham 1-0 Cardiff

    Pat Nevin
Former Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 live

I think that was a penalty to Spurs there, they've just shown the replay and Danny Rose gets clipped.

He's got that one wrong Mike Dean.

  10. CLOSE!published at 16:27 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Wolves

Palace should be level! Sub Max Meyer hits a decent volley in from a right-wing cross, Rui Patricio shovels it out towards Wilf Zaha, who thinks he's scored the follow up but Patricio makes a fine block with his chest.

  11. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:26 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Watford 0-4 Bournemouth

Ooooh, that is nasty. Jose Holebas drives his boot into the calf of David Brooks. Gets a yellow for his trouble. Could easily have been another red.

Some frustration coming out in that.

    Burnley 1-1 Huddersfield

Ouch! Moments after scoring, Christopher Schindler's nose is re-arranged across the breadth of his face. He got a swinging elbow from Chris Wood and then to add insult to injury he blocked a shot with his face seconds later. Blood everywhere, stretcher on.

  13. 'Schindler looks like he turns his head'published at 16:26 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Burnley 1-1 Huddersfield

    Paul Ince
Former England midfielder on Final Score

Huddersfield have put a lot of pressure on Burnley in the second half. Christopher Schindler goes up but he looks like he turns his head and it flies into the top corner.

  14. Postpublished at 16:25 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Watford 0-4 Bournemouth

    Hold my beer.

Having spent most of the game chasing around deeper in the field, Abdoulaye Doucoure tries to make something happen with a driving run and shot that flies just wide.

OK, give me back my beer. Sorry about that lads.

Red? Yellow? Either way Cardiff's Joe Ralls is back in the Wembley changing rooms.

Paul: Great decision by Mike Dean - a horror show of a foul.

Rob: That’s a red card all day for me. Not even debatable. If it was a Spurs player, I’d want the same.

Jim: That was a yellow card for sure. But a red? Surely not... then a booking for Kane. Classic Mike Dean.

GOAL - Burnley 1-1 Huddesfieldpublished at 16:22 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Christopher Schindler (66 mins)

I'm no expert in indicators of a forthcoming Apocalypse but that's now Northampton and Huddersfield who have scored in the last few minutes!

Deserved too, to be fair. Huddersfield have been knocking on the door and it's a cracking header from centre-half Christopher Schindler, down and in from about 12 yards out.

    Away end pandemonium.

  19. RED CARDpublished at 16:21 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    Leicester 1-1 Everton

It was just a matter of time. Wes Morgan is off.

He earned his first yellow for a foul on Richarlison, almost got a second for another nibble at the Brazilian and finishes the job by dumping Everton's forward on the turf on halfway.

Dare I say it, but the centre-back - such a good servant to City - looks like a fading force. Slow and clumsy.

Great turn by Walcott, shame about the finish. The ball drops at his feet in the box and he turns his man with aplomb, but his finish is weak and saved easily by Schmeichel.
