Lads - I may agree with you that Petr Cech is not the force he once was but that cannot be your takeaway from that Dele Alli goal. Come on now.

Joe Wedgwood: Honestly think Leno saves that. Good effort but Cech sat down too quickly, made Dele's mind up for him. Sadly - I really mean sadly - Cech isn't good enough anymore

Derek: Lost count of times Cech has given away possession or put his team under pressure.

Arsenal having lots of the ball but they need a goal soon or it could be two defeats in a week.

    Chelsea 0-0 Bournemouth

Across London, Arsenal old boy Cesc Fabregas leans back and slams a shot over from a mile out. He turns away with frustation on his face.

    Breakthrough or shootout?

The thing with that Dele Alli goal is, if Petr Cech saved it he would have been hammered for not just putting his laces through it. A superb, superb goal

Phil Vieira: Not his biggest fan, generally think he's a bit overrated buuuut that first touch and then outside of the boot dink finish by Dele, oh my.

Alex Adams: Harry Kane's range of passing is so underrated it's unbelievable

Matt Wilkinson: After that finish let’s just call him DELEonel Messi ALLI!! Cool as a cucumber!!!

Don't think DELEonel Messi ALLI is going to catch on to be honest with you

    Arsenal 0-2 Tottenham

    Dion Dublin
Ex-Aston Villa striker on BBC Radio 5 live

What a finish! What a ball. What an introduction. Harry Kane gets the ball in his own half, as soon as he chests and turns, Alli has gone off Koscielny. Kane finds him with a delightful pass. He takes the ball down, takes it in his stride and on the half volley puts it over Cech's shoulder. You have to see it.

That's very difficult to do. He should actually use his left foot but being in that situation like Alli the outside of my right foot was better than my left foot which was useless.

  8. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 62 mins

    Arsenal 0-2 Tottenham

Arsenal hit the post straight away. Could be some final half hour here. They cut it back, Alexander Lacazette doesn't get hold of the shot but it flicks off the outside of the post on its way out...

  9. goal

GOAL - Arsenal 0-2 Tottenhampublished at 60 mins

    Dele Alli

You have to say that's magnificent! What a goal!

Harry Kane, with pretty much his first touch, has an assist. Again it's a big pass downfield from the keeper, Kane takes it on his chest before finding the run of Dele Alli in behind the Arsenal defence.

To say the finish he goes for is calm is an understatement. You're expecting a left-footed shot but Alli goes for a dinked lob with the outside of his foot. So well judged, it floats over Petr Cech and goes into the back of the net.

    A superb goal.

Joe: If there's an equivalent to BBC ceefax it's following Arsenal v Tottenham on #bbcfootball from 3000 miles away. If only there was a BBC form of Bamboozle to kill a bit of time with.

  12. SUBSTITUTION - Kane onpublished at 58 mins

    Arsenal 0-1 Tottenham

Not bad subs to bring on.

Harry Kane is on for Lucas Moura, while Arsenal send on Alexandre Lacazette as well.

WHAT a ball by Christian Eriksen. Flat and hard over the top and right into Son's path down the left. His cutback is cut out though.

  14. Postpublished at 55 mins

    Arsenal 0-1 Tottenham

Spurs have been under the cosh but they have a free-kick in a good area now. Christian Eriksen hits it, flat trajectory, but it's pushed clear by Petr Cech.

  15. CLOSE!published at 54 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Bournemouth

So, so close! Would have been a brilliant goal too. Ruben Loftus-Cheek plays a one-two, swats off a tackle, moves the ball on to his left foot and sends in a low drive which kisses the outside of the post on its way wide. What a specimen he is. They couldn't get near him.

Alex Iwobi is more in the game now, beats his man on the left of the area and flashes a ball across the area, it runs to Ainsley Maitland Niles but his shot is well charged down by Ben Davies. Arsenal pouring on the pressure now.

Fine ball around the defence from Alex Iwobi but Ben Davies recovers to tackle Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - who was actually offside anyway. Nice try though.
