Dele Alli should score but give credit to the goalkeeper. He saves the first one with his feet and then he gets up so quickly to block the second. Great goalkeeping.

WHAT A DOUBLE SAVE!

Dele Alli slips in Christian Eriksen, but the PSV keeper makes himself big to stop his effort from six yards out.

Jeroen Zoet leaps off the ground to keep out Alli's follow-up shot.

It was excellent goalkeeping, but saying that Eriksen and Alli could have placed the ball in a corner to give him no chance.

Spurs counter and Nick Viergever brings down Harry Kane to stop the break. Gives the ref the thumbs-up and runs away in case the referee was considering booking him.

Spurs will be if they lose and Inter Milan beat Barcelona. But as things stand that is not happening.

If Inter win, then Spurs need to win to stay in the tournament.

This would have been a wonder goal by Lucas Moura. He goes on a slaloming run from the halfway line, beats three defenders, gets a second bite at the cherry after he's blocked but his effort is saved.

The Ghanaian pops up in the Barca box to meet a left-wing cross, only to spoon it wide.

Meanwhile back in Spain, it is still 0-0 in the night's other big game between Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.

It's only a second touch of the ball for PSV keeper Jeroen Zoet as he holds onto Harry Kane's 20-yard effort.

PSV get five or six men packed in near the front post at set pieces. That drags in the white shirts and then they just peel a man off at the far post to see if they can get a one-on-one. Clever.

Liverpool midfielder James Milner speaking to BT Sport: "We didn't start well enough. We have had enough chances to get back into the game and we didn't take them. Passing the ball wasn't good enough. We didn't start and when you don't start in the Champions League you get punished.

"You can't give teams the start, the crowd is big for them and it's been a long time since they've been in the Champions League. Napoli found it tough when they came here and we knew it was going to be a tough place to come.

"We need to win our games, it's on our shoulders, we have some good sides to play and it's in our hands but we will have to play better than we did tonight.

"I think the chances aren't going in for us, we had a number of times in front of goal, times where the goalkeeper saved and times where we weren't on target.

"We will keep going and playing because it doesn't take much for those chances to go in."

I think the pitch is playing much better than it looks. It looks a little bobbly but I think they have packed it down a bit.

Anyway, he tries to nutmeg Christian Eriksen, who closes his legs to win possession.

Spurs have had 82.2% of the ball and six shots. PSV have had one shot.

But there's only one stat which counts...

Eight of Spurs' 22 goals conceded in all competitions this season have been headers (36%).

Harry Kane has a shot deflected out for a corner, but it comes to nothing.
