Wembley isn't the only place where there is an early goal.

A couple have flown in already in Group D, where leaders Porto are 1-0 up against Lokomotiv Moscow and second-placed Schalke lead Galatasaray by the same scoreline.

Neither side can progress to the last 16 tonight, although Lokomotiv will be choo-chooing out of the competition if they lose.

PSV opened the scoring after just 61 seconds, the earliest goal that Spurs have conceded in a Champions League game.

This game has started off at a million miles at home. Christian Eriksen has a shot deflected. he takes the corner, gets it back and then his low cross fails to find a striker.

It's almost another goal from a corner as Davinson Sanchez's effort is turned towards goal by Dele Alli but cleared off the goalline by Angelino.

Now Harry Kane goes down from a Denzel Dumfries challenge and there are half-hearted penalty appeals.

What a start for PSV. What a shock for Spurs.

As with the Premier League game with Manchester City, vast swathes of Wembley are empty, but even before that goal the PSV fans, packed into a corner of the stadium, were making all the noise.

They are making more of it now.

Dele Alli has a touch now, his 20-yard shot is deflected well wide and it's out for a corner.

We all know what happened last time there was a corner.

The least glamorous of tonight's groups, Lokomotiv Moscow could go out tonight but nobody can go through.

The Railwaymen will be out if they lose and there is a winner in the other game. They will be out with a draw if Schalke beat Galatasaray.

I did not realise until tonight that Lokomotiv Moscow share a nickname with Crewe Alexandra

Red Star Belgrade's players are doing a lap of honour around their stadium. It doesn't look like any fans have left. Understandable.

PSV have won all 11 league games this season, a 100% record in the Eredivisie since Mark van Bommel took charge in the summer - scoring 39 and conceding four.

"It won't be an easy game, it is a must-win for Spurs but if we want to do something as well we have to win as well. Both teams will want to win, so let's enjoy," said Van Bommel.

"I played here with Holland against England, we won, that's a very good memory. It's the history of football so everybody loves to play at Wembley."

Inter Milan v Barcelona (20:00 GMT)

Tottenham Hotspur v PSV Eindhoven (20:00 GMT)

Tottenham will be out if they do not win AND Inter beat Barcelona. The same is true of PSV.

Barcelona will go through with a win, while Inter would go through with a win IF the other game is a draw.

A draw would send Barca through if the other game ends as a draw.

It's identical to Group A really.

Dele Alli starts for Spurs after he was rested for Saturday's win at Wolves as boss Mauricio Pochettino looked to manage his workload following a recent ankle injury.

Pochettino makes five other changes to his starting XI, Christian Eriksen also restored after coming on from the bench at Molineux.

Keeper Paulo Gazzaniga starts in place of the suspended Hugo Lloris, forward Son Heung-min replaces Erik Lamela, while defenders Serge Aurier and Davinson Sanchez also come in.

PSV are skippered by top scorer Luuk de Jong, with Mexico winger Hirving Lozano one of their attacking stars.
