Tom: PSG will no doubt have a different playing style without Cavani or Neymar, but Mbappe has scored the most goals out of the front three with 22 this season, and with support from playmakers such as Verratti and Draxler, PSG may just surprise a few people

Duncan: Regardless of the injuries to PSG, still see them causing Man Utd problems and getting the win

Can't wait to say "I told you so" when OGS loses and people realise he's just a fluke

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is really up for tonight's game if the opening to his programme notes are any guide.

He says: "These are the nights we live for at this club. It’s a massive Champions League game against a great opponent, under the floodlights in a fantastic stadium with the best fans in the world cheering us on."

After 10 wins from 11 games, Solskjaer has every reason to be upbeat.

Robbie Alexander: Buzzing about tonight, have that feeling that Old Trafford will be rocking and the players will rise to the occasion and benefit from the atmosphere. PSG are obviously dangerous but Liverpool showed they had weaknesses . Time to take advantage of them.

Fabian Pavez: How about the perfect script for Ole... devour PSG home and away and go on to beat Juventus in the Final and lift the big Ears... Looking into the future. In Ole we trust.

They don't like it being called the 'singing section' but there will be one in operation at Old Trafford tonight.

One thousand 'Red Army' Manchester United supporters have been seated together in the north-east quadrant of the stadium, so that should be quite noisy.

I was 100% for Pochettino as next Man Utd manager, but the longer the run continues the harder Ole is to ignore. But the next 5-6 games are critical and will define the season... can't argue against the style or feel-good factor though.

When the draw was made for the knockout stage this looked like a very, very tough night for Manchester United indeed.

In mid-December, Jose Mourinho's side were 11 points off a top-four place and had just been thumped at Anfield, with Mourinho 24 hours away from the sack.

PSG were 14 points clear in France...

Fast forward a couple of months and Manchester United have won 10 out of 11 games under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, have snuck into fourth and look like a proper, exciting team again.

PSG are still walking away with Ligue 1 - they are 10 points clear now - but they have lost both Neymar and Edinson Cavani to injury and have had the toughest few weeks of their season.

    Still favourites?

There has still been no word from Manchester United about the permanent successor to Jose Mourinho.

It feels very much like Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's job to lose though, and, judging by his programme notes, the Norwegian has been involved in planning for the future.

He said: "The players who are at this club are here because they are special. I believe in these players.

"That’s why we’ve given out some new contracts recently and I hope we have some more signed in the near future.

"This is a young squad and they have plenty of development left in them before they peak."
