Paul: Great finish by Lacazette, but I have to say, I thought we got lucky in the build up. That was a foul on the Qarabag player by Nketiah, he didn't get the ball.

Kyle: It's only a mater of time before Celtic go behind. You cannot keep getting lucky Salzburg are a joy to watch. Brilliant start from them they have battered Celtic in the opening 20 minutes.

David: The only reason to watch Arsenal tonight is to make sure we’re still unbeaten after 22!

Good response from Qarabag though, forcing a corner at the back post after a nice sweeping crossfield ball.

GOAL - Arsenal 1-0 Qarabagpublished at 20:19 Greenwich Mean Time 13 December 2018

    Alexandre Lacazette (16 mins)

Playing Mesut Ozil and Alexandre Lacazette in a Europa League dead rubber seems a bit unfair really. They are simply a class or two above this level.

Arsenal pinch it back in midfield, Ozil feeds the ball into Lacazette's path and once he shifts the ball onto his right foot it's goal time. Driven hard and low back across the keeper and in.

    Arsenal 0-0 Qarabag

Qarabag's best move yet is headed clear by Carl Jenkinson at the far post. Ian Darke tells me that Qarabag have only scored once from open play in the group. Bring on Europa League II!

Chance! Great effort from teenager Bukayo Saka, shifting the ball on to his left foot and hitting a curler toward the far corner but it's well parried away by Vagner in the Qarabag net.

You can hear the players shouting instructions to each other at the Arsenal. As small an attendance as I can recall at the Emirates, not that I blame anyone for giving this a miss.
