I've kept the faith with Morata for a long time now based on his early promise but the Spurs game was the last straw, so frustrating to watch. Would love to see us go for Callum Wilson in January, the form he's in should translate to lots of goals in this Chelsea side which creates lots of chances but can't finish them!

    A good question.

You may not have heard of Vidi, but you probably have heard of Videoton. And this is the same team. Basically.

MOL Vidi is the 17th incarnation of this side's team name since they got started. My favourite is definitely the World War II era Székesfehérvári MOVE Vadásztölténygyár Sport és Kultur Egyesület

    Catchy.

Looks a pretty damp and cold evening in Hungary - a reminder that Chelsea have nish to play for, Vidi will be through if they pick up more points than Bate Borisov manage tonight.

Johnny di Girolamo: Chelsea definitely need a striker. I'd like Hudson-Odoi to be given more of a chance, but we probably need a 22-25 year-old winger as Willian and Pedro are getting on a bit now.

  5. 'I think I've had 10,000 requests for tickets'published at 17:38 Greenwich Mean Time 13 December 2018

    Rapid Vienna v Rangers (17:55)

Rangers have an official ticket allocation of 2,500 for this evening's game but many more have travelled to the Austrian capital. The 23,850-capacity Allianz Stadion is sold out and those without tickets have been told to stay away from the ground.

"A real Rapid fan won't sell his ticket to a Scottish fan," said the host club's service chief Andreas Marek.

I'm guessing that theory is going to be well and truly put to the test...

Rangers' Andy Halliday can understand the fans excitement, saying: "There are 10,000 Rangers coming over and I think I've had 10,000 requests for tickets.

"I was still getting texts on Wednesday morning but I had to turn my phone off. I've told them they'll need to try and get them on the streets like everyone else.

"It's a massive game, the type we've not had for a number of years. So it's understandable that the fans are looking forward to it."

Brendan Rodgers: We're going to give Leigh Griffiths all the professional support he needs

Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths will be "out of football for a little period of time" as he receives help with "ongoing issues", including some relating to his mental health, says Brendan Rodgers.

The Scotland forward, 28, has made 22 appearances in a stop-start season that has been disrupted by injuries. Griffiths withdrew from the Scotland squad to face Israel and Portugal in October to focus on his fitness.

"Leigh has had issues for a number of months," Celtic manager Rodgers said. "He's reached a point where it's a struggle for him.

"We are going to give him all the professional help he needs to get him back in a good place again."

    Chelsea

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri says their Europa League game against MOL Vidi is a "difficult match to prepare for" with nothing on the line.

The Blues boss confirmed yesterday that he would play a weakened team with top spot in Group L already guaranteed after five wins in their opening five games. He has made 10 changes.

"We have three 2000-born players in the 18," Sarri said.

"It's a very difficult match to prepare because we don't have a material target."

It's an easy equation for Steven Gerrard's lot tonight - they have to win in Austria. It's as simple as that.

    A night off.

Chelsea can put their feet up, play the kids. They've already won Group L, it doesn't matter if they lose 10-0 in Budapest.

A home win could be on the cards - especially as the Hungarians can qualify if they better Bate Borisov's result against Paok.

Arsenal fans, Chelsea fans - lend me your ears.

I imagine we may be struggling for talking points around a pair of dead rubbers but maybe we can expand to broader points surrounding the two clubs.

Where does Mesut Ozil fit into the Unai Emery Arsenal side? If he does at all. How much of a boost will a fit Laurent Koscielny prove to be?

Do Chelsea still need a striker? Would you move on the likes of Gary Cahill in January?

What is the limit for Arsenal and Chelsea this season. What can they win?

Whatever it is you want to say, get in touch...

Chelsea make 10 changes from the side who beat Manchester City 2-0, with only Willian having to play again.

Highly rated teenagers Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ethan Ampadu start.

The Blues have such a strong squad that this 'B' team includes Alvaro Morata, Cesc Fabregas, Andreas Christensen, Ross Barkley and Italy full-backs Emerson Palmieri and Davide Zappacosta.

They have a strong bench too, with just teenager keeper Jamie Cumming and George McEachran the only unfamiliar faces.

MOL Vidi make one change from their defeat by Ujpest in the league. Macedonian midfielder Boban Nikolov is in for Mate Patkai.

Vidi: Kovacsik, Fiola, Juhasz, Vinicius, Stopira, Nego, Anel Hadzic, Nikolov, Milanov, Marko Scepovic, Huszti. Subs: Tujvel, Kovacs, Berecz, Hodzic, Patkai, Tamas, Hangya.

Chelsea: Caballero, Zappacosta, Christensen, Ampadu, Emerson Palmieri, Barkley, Fabregas, Loftus-Cheek, Willian, Morata, Hudson-Odoi. Subs: Cumming, Alonso, Jorginho, Pedro, Giroud, Luiz, McEachran.

The final night of the Europa League group stage is - on paper - a real thriller, with 11 places in the last 32 still up for grabs.

Rangers and Celtic can both qualify tonight, but for Premier League duo Arsenal and Chelsea it's an official night off.

They have both sewn up top spots in their groups, so it will be a case of blooding some youngsters and giving Laurent Koscielny a return tonight.

Low key, is the best bet to describe it.
