Leeds make two changes to their starting line-up, as Luke Ayling and Jack Harrison both come in to the XI. Ayling (knee) had been out for two months.

But their most notable change is arguably on the bench, as striker Patrick Bamford - who made his long-awaited return from injury as a substitute and scored the winner last time out at Bolton - is not fit and will not feature at all today.

Leeds XI: Peacock-Farrell, Ayling, Douglas, Jansson, Phillips, Harrison, Klich, Alioski, Hernandez, Forshaw, Roofe.

Subs: Huffer, Halme, Clarke, Davis, Gotts, Baker, Shackleton.

Villa are without playmaker Jack Grealish because of a calf injury, but winger Albert Adomah (ankle) has been deemed fit enough to make the bench.

The hosts agreed to sign Croatia goalkeeper Lovre Kalinic this week, but the 28-year-old cannot move to Villa Park until the transfer window officially opens on 1 January.

Villa XI: Nyland, El Mohamady, Bree, Chester, Hutton, Whelan, Bolasie, Hourihane, McGinn, Kodjia, Abraham.

Subs: Hogan, Davis, Bjarnason, El Ghazi, Bunn, Adomah, Revan.
