  1. RED CARD FOR LEICESTERpublished at 15:28 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Brighton 1-0 Leicester

Going from bad to worse for Leicester.

Already on a yellow card having received it a minute before, James Maddison looks to gain an advantage by diving for a penalty inside the box.

But Chris Kavanagh is wise to it, telling the England international to get to his feet, issuing a second yellow and then brandishing the red.

Maddison cannot have any complaints, that was foolish.

  2. WHAT A MISS!published at 15:27 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Man Utd 0-0 Crystal Palace

Palace should be in front at Old Trafford.

The Eagles fly forward and have a three-on-two in their favour.

Max Meyer leads the break, passing to Wilfried Zaha, who lays it first time to Patrick van Aanholt in the box.

The Dutch defender is an accomplished finisher but not on this occasion, miscuing a right-footed strike wide of goal from inside the box.

    Fulham 0-1 Southampton

No sign of a Fulham response yet. They're looking surprisingly flat for the first game of a new manager. Maybe that goal has allowed the old 'here we go again' thoughts to creep in?

    Watford 0-0 Liverpool

Close. Liverpool free-kick is floated into the box by Xherdan Shaqiri, over a couple of Watford heads and just an inch away from Roberto Firmino's boot.

  5. CLOSE!published at 15:23 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Man Utd 0-0 Crystal Palace

The Manchester United defenders are not heeding the warning signs.

They fail to close down Wilfried Zaha, allowing him to run forward and his low, skimming drive bounces inches wide of David de Gea's right-hand post.

  6. CLOSE!published at 15:22 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    West Ham 0-2 Man City

West Ham have it all to do and almost pull a goal back but Marko Arnautovic sees a low shot smothered by Ederson, before the City goalkeeper pushes away Michail Antonio's high drive.

    West Ham 0-2 Man City

    Matthew Etherington
Former West Ham winger on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

It's so good to watch live. The way they pass the ball and the way they exploit the space. Manchester City are a pleasure to watch.

  8. Southampton pressure rewardedpublished at 15:21 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Fulham 0-1 Southampton

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Craven Cottage

As we said, Southampton have started very well here and they have got the breakthrough they deserved.

Southampton's fans thoroughly enjoying themselves so far but very early days.

Claudio Ranieri, however, will not be hugely impressed by his new team's first 20 minutes.

  9. Postpublished at 15:21 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Everton 0-0 Cardiff

Cardiff doing a good job of containing Everton here. They're sitting back, letting the home side have the ball where it doesn't hurt them and biting into tackles when they do. They've even shown signs of life on the break. Neil Warnock will be a happy man so far.

  10. goal

GOAL - West Ham 0-2 Man Citypublished at 15:19 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Raheem Sterling (20 mins)

Could be a big score here.

Brilliant play from Leroy Sane to create the goal, beating former City right-back Pablo Zabaleta showing his 33 years of age.

The German looks up and plays a ball across the six yard box for Raheem Sterling to finish at the far post.

Andrew: Hard to argue against David Silva being considered as being the early favourite of PFA Player of the Year at the moment. Quality, influence, assists and goals

Jonathan: Ominous for West Ham because Man City have the lead after just 11 minutes. Sublime flick from David Silva.

  12. CLOSE!published at 15:18 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Man Utd 0-0 Crystal Palace

He would love to score against his old club.

Palace winger Wilfried Zaha sizes one up from the edge of the area, but curls his shot high into the Stretford End.

  13. goal

GOAL - Fulham 0-1 Southamptonpublished at 15:17 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Stuart Armstrong

The Claudio Ranieri era suffers an early blow.

Southampton - in desperate need of a result of their own - take the lead as Stuart Armstrong runs on to a loose ball on the edge of the box, chests it down and then fires home.

Some work for the Tinkerman and his side to do now.

    Watford 0-0 Liverpool

Liverpool not quite clicking yet where it matters. Some neat build-up play but too many passes in the final third are short, over-hit or not on target.

To be fair, they're not getting much time on the ball thanks to the home side's work-rate.

  15. Postpublished at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Fulham 0-0 Southampton

Fulham again. Better chance this one. Jean Michael Seri's corner is met by the rising Calum Chambers, but his downward header is saved by Alex McCarthy.

  16. goal

GOAL - Brighton 1-0 Leicesterpublished at 15:14 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Glenn Murray (15 mins)

The Seagulls are flying high at the Amex Stadium.

Anthony Knockaert - against his old club - curls a vicious corner into the six yard box, Glenn Murray rises highest to flick home a finish into the far corner.

Very poor marking from Leicester. Are you watching Mr Southgate?

    Fulham 0-0 Southampton

Fulham's first half-chance falls to Ryan Sessegnon after some neat build-up play, but he scuffs his effort on the turn just inside the box.

Positive intent from the home side, though.

  18. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:13 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Brighton 0-0 Leicester

The hosts come close to breaking the deadlock and should be ahead.

Beram Kayal sprints through on goal and attempts a side-footed finish, but big Danish goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel springs high to his right to push the ball away.

  19. 'Put it away brilliantly'published at 15:13 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    West Ham 0-1 Man City

    Matthew Etherington
Former West Ham winger on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

You could feel it coming. I think Manchester City were just feeling West Ham out for the first eight, nine minutes and then they stepped it up.

David Silva is such a classy player, one of City's best of all-time. An expert finish. He put it away brilliantly.

  20. Fulham thankful for Ricopublished at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Craven Cottage

Southampton have made a confident start, backed by a noisy travelling contingent, and Fulham will be grateful to Sergio Rico for that fine double save.

Fulham just struggling for rhythm early on here at Craven Cottage.
