    Everton 0-0 Cardiff

Chance for Everton. Bernard's cross from the right is met by Theo Walcott, but the winger - not known for his heading - gets underneath his effort and lobs the ball up in the air to be cleared.

GOAL - West Ham 0-1 Man Citypublished at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    David Silva (11 mins)

    First goal of the afternoon.

David Silva had a sniff a few minutes before and this time has the ball in the back of the net.

Full-back Kyle Walker passes to England team-mate Raheem Sterling down the right and the former Liverpool man crosses low into the six yard box for Silva to convert his eighth goal of the season.

The was far too easy for the Premier League champions.

    Watford 0-0 Liverpool

Liverpool controlling possession but Watford are doing a good job of keeping the away side away from the main danger zones. They look primed to hit on the counter too, with Gerard Deulofeu already showing a bit of zip.

  5. CLOSE!published at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    West Ham 0-0 Man City

First sniff of goal for the champions.

West Ham winger Felipe Anderson dithers on the ball inside his own box and gives it away to David Silva.

The Spaniard cuts in onto his favoured left boot, but plonks the shot into the side netting.

Some City fans thought it was in. Sit down, lads.

  6. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Man Utd 0- Crystal Palace

Not good news for Palace, this.

An early yellow card for midfield enforcer Luka Milivojevic for hacking down Jesse Lingard from behind.

  7. CLOSE!published at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Man Utd 0-0 Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace's defensive line is as straight as a wiggly worm.

It allows Anthony Martial to collect Nemanja Matic's lofted ball over the top, but the Frenchman cannot get the ball out of his feet and Palace goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey can dart off his line to smother.

    Fulham 0-0 Southampton

Chances for Southampton. One of them a big one. Stuart Armstrong's shot from range is parried by the diving Sergio Rico, but only out to Manolo Gabbiadini, who looks certain to score but doesn't connect properly with his shot, allowing the Fulham keeper to dive and save again.

Rico carrying on where he left off against Liverpool, where he made a string of fine saves.

  9. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Brighton 0-0 Leicester

Shinji Okazaki is in for Jamie Vardy today and the Japanese striker is causing the same amount of trouble as the Englishman, going down in the box in the opening two minutes, but the penalty shouts are waved away.

  10. Postpublished at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Everton 0-0 Cardiff

Yerry Mina is one big fella. Not a man with whom you want to mess. Cardiff come forward down the right but the Colombian defender is there to stop the cross and then poke the ball clear to a team-mate. Callum Paterson has a tough old job on his hands this afternoon.

    Alex Scott
Ex-Arsenal Ladies & England international on Final Score

I would say the training ground and the enlivenment has changed.

I was in a generation where the manager would tell you straight, now managers have had to adapt, the training ground is different now.

I can see it from both sides, Jose Mourinho wants the best and maybe they do have that entourage around them where people are saying everything is great when it is not.

It is on the player to make sure you are doing everything you can to be the best at your job.

    Man Utd 0-0 Crystal Palace

United have started on the front foot at Old Trafford and big man Romelu Lukaku is back into the thick of the action straight away.

The Belgian nods the ball down on the edge of the box for Jesse Lingard but the England international's low shot is blocked.

  13. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 15:03 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Watford 0-0 Liverpool

Watford have the ball in the net courtesy of Gerard Deulofeu. Won't count, though. The home forward was offside as he raced on to collect the through-ball.

  14. Fulham's squad is good enoughpublished at 15:03 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

    Fulham 0-0 Southampton

    Martin Keown
Former England defender on BBC Final Score

I think Claudio Ranieri gives them a fighting chance, the squad is good enough.

It is a team that has kept on changing, and now they need to start to have that belief, Ranieri has has won a Premier League with an unfancied Leicester team, so surely he can get them out of trouble.

They have good quality, and the gap is not too big, so this game is massive.

    West Ham 0-0 Man City

West Ham are getting stuck in early on Manchester City...and maybe a little too aggressively.

Hammers striker Marko Arnautovic, who does not shy away from a challenge, catches David Silva on top of the boot with a late tackle.

The Spaniard is down on the ground for a few minutes and needs attention, but is OK to continue.

    Fulham 0-0 Southampton

There will be some Fulham lads out there looking to make a very early positive impression on new boss Claudio Ranieri. You can already see the intention is there as they press Southampton from the off.

Claudio is on his feet already, barking orders.

  17. KICK-OFFpublished at 15:00 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool... why, Premier League you're spoiling us with these 3pm games. The six matches are under way...

  18. Ranieri down to businesspublished at 9 mins

    Fulham 0-0 Southampton

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Craven Cottage

There was huge applause as the new Fulham manager walked out at Craven Cottage but it is fair to say the Italian looked focused on the job in hand rather than the reception he received.

  19. 'City's football is set to music'published at 14:57 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2018

West Ham v Man City (15:00 GMT)

    Martin Keown
Former England defender on BBC Final Score

Pep Guardiola is a serial winner, he is getting into the group wanting to raise the bar, they play beautiful football - it is set to music.

With the two Silvas rotating it doesn’t matter who plays, it will be almost like a home game, that is how dominant they are.

City take it to another level - Pep Guardiola knows what is required, he'll keep pushing this group. We are lucky to have him here, he is setting a really high standard.
