  1. goal

GOAL - Man City 1-0 Bournemouthpublished at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2018

    Bernardo Silva (16 mins)

My fault that. Leroy Sane latches on to a long ball over the top. Asmir Begovic gets in his face to make a stop, but the ball only runs out to Bernardo Silva and the Portuguese slams it into the open net.

    Man City 0-0 Bournemouth

Eddie Howe will be pleased with this start. Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling look a threat every time they get on the ball - they will do that - but the Cherries have doen OK.

    Ah...

    Newcastle 0-1 West Ham

Javier Hernandez looked offside to the naked eye when he swept that opener home - but he was yards onside. Newcastle's backline were just so static, they didn't move at all. Hernandez made them pay.

    Jamie Vardy (11 mins)

    No messing.

Jamie Vardy thumps the spot kick into the middle of the left corner, sending Ben Foster the wrong way.

  5. PENALTY - Leicesterpublished at 15:11 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2018

    Leicester 0-0 Watford

Ben Chilwell slips a lovely ball through the middle and Jamie Vardy is away. Ben Foster panics and brings him down.

  6. goal

GOAL - Newcastle 0-1 West Hampublished at 15:11 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2018

    Javier Hernandez (11 mins)

So, so simple! Newcastle's defence just falls asleep as they first allow Robert Snodgrass to work the ball on to his favoured left foot, on the right wing, and then just watch the cross loop over their heads to Mexican Javier Hernandez, and he bundles it home from about five yards out.

He's made a career out of predatory finishes like that. Right on time for the planned Newcastle protest too...

  8. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2018

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Burnley

That is superb from Joe Hart! He denies Max Meyer a really classy goal as the German cuts in from the left and bends a shot into the far corner. Hart's starting position was arguably a yard or two too far over, but he moved his feet really well to get down and make a flying fingertip save.

That's why Tom Heaton can't get back in.

    Man City 0-0 Bournemouth

Incredible to think that Leroy Sane was left out of the World Cup squad. He's such a livewire. Again he faces up a defender, beats him and then spanks a ball across, head height, and Asmir Begovic deals with it well once again, beating it clear.

    Huddersfield 1-0 Brighton

Huddersfield are keeping up the pressure after that early goal. They try to create another chance after patient build-up but the ball sprayed out to the right corner can't be controlled by Steve Mounie.

  11. Postpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2018

    Leicester 0-0 Watford

Leicester immediately go up the other end with Demarai Gray on the left wing. He swings a cross in but it's cut out by a Watford defender.

Marc Albrighton quickly wins it back in the area though, but he can't get the shot away in time.

    Manchester City 0-0 Bournemouth

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

It is going to be difficult, we are talking about one of the top teams in Europe. Lyon managed to put them on the back foot and only got a 2-2 draw, but there will be opportunities for Bournemouth. They have obviously done work on set pieces and that almost bore fruit for them.

  13. Postpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2018

    Man City 0-0 Bournemouth

Good intent from Bournemouth again - Ryan Fraser leads a charge down the left, he has too much pace for two defenders but is eventually forced down a cul-de-sac and loses out. Very open game.

Bobby Seagull: Both Newcastle and West Ham locked on 12 points a piece and separated only by 3 on the goal difference column. With the Geordies on a three game winning streak, I'd (perhaps) bite your proverbial hand off for a Hammers draw up north.

  15. Postpublished at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2018

    Leicester 0-0 Watford

Gerard Deulofeu slips it right on the edge of the box and it comes to Abdoulaye Doucoure. He steps a yard to his left to create space to shoot but his shot is deflected high and over for a corner.

    Paul Ince

It’s ridiculous, it was a normal throw into the box but rather than kick it up the park, the defender kicks it back into the box! I don’t know what he was trying to do.

  17. Postpublished at 15:05 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2018

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Burnley

Where there is Wilfried Zaha, there is hope for Palace. He cruises away from two defenders inside the area and hammers a ball across the face of goal - nobody there to tap it in though...

  18. Postpublished at 15:04 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2018

    Man City 0-0 Bournemouth

No parking of any buses from Bournemouth at City - they work a very neat corner routine to free Ryan Fraser down the right, he arrows in a great ball and Callum Wilson almost has an opener - but he can only backheel a flick on to the roof of the net.

  19. Postpublished at 15:03 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2018

That goal is the fastest in the Premier League this season! It was under a minute. Around 58 seconds.

  20. Postpublished at 15:03 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2018

    Newcastle 0-0 West Ham

Nice bright start at Newcastle too, Marko Arnautovic gets a dangerous cross into the middle but it's cleared away before Javier Hernandez can get on to it.
