    That is that all.

What a day for the title contenders.

Spurs slightly rode their luck in the 3-1 win over not quite sharp-shooting Leicester before Manchester City walloped Chelsea to retake top spot in the Premier League from Liverpool on goal difference.

That goal difference is now +10 - could be crucial at the end of the season.

Thanks for reading. We go again on Monday for Wolves v Newcastle.

Yousuf Ali: I get angry every time I hear Sarri speak after a loss. He keeps saying "I don't know" but he should know. Part of the problem is his unwillingness to accept that we aren't on the same level as City & Liverpool and adjust the style of play.

Ryan Brennan: I think Sarri should stay until the end of his contact at least... Give him players that will work hard without the ball. Sell a few players we have now that clearly need to leave. Cant sack a manager every time things get rough!!

Chris Allen: Utd suffered because they stuck with a manager who was negative and refused to change the way the team plays, and whose stubbornness ruined team morale. Chelsea under Sarri is no different. Sarriball may have suited Napoli, but the PL is a different style of football.

666 for Chelsea. 6-0 loss, 6th loss of the season and now lying down in 6th too!

    Gareth, Bristol

Last weekend on the work whatsapp I ridiculed a Liverpool supporting colleague on their draw with West Ham. I think being a Cheslea fan I better call in sick tomorrow.

    Ikram, Northants

    No handshake? No class, Sarri.

Jaleel: A coach's job is to find means of neutralizing your opponent's strengths and harness yours. Pep does these consistently, rotating players, formation etc. but Sarri insist on his team only. You know exactly how he'll play; so it's his fault.

Richie: Chelsea has got to get rid of this sariball. It’s not taking them anywhere. Chelsea has no business hiring a coach who has no trophy winning experience.

Aleksander Pagels: Chelsea sacked Avram Grant for being a penalty from winning the Champions League and finishing two points behind champions Man United. Just sayin'

  5. 'Pressure doesn't exist'published at 18:53 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February 2019

    Man City 6-0 Chelsea

    Manchester City

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola speaks to Sky Sports about the pressure of a title race: "The pressure doesn't exist.

"All we can do is play like a team. If you win perfect, if not you try next season.

"What pressure? We are privileged to be footballers and a manager. I demand their best.

"There are many troubles happen all around the world for us to think about pressure."

  9. 'Maybe we were a little bit unlucky'published at 18:45 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February 2019

    Man City 6-0 Chelsea

    Chelsea

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri, speaking to BBC Sport: "My feeling this week was really good. It was good during training and the technical meeting and the warm-up. The goal after three minutes made it very difficult to play against these opponents, who played fantastic football. The motivation today was good. We were not able to stay in the match and react later.

"I have to analyse the match and what happened. Maybe we were a little bit unlucky but we had to adapt. First of all I want to see it alone and then I will decide."

  11. 'We have a big problem away from home'published at 18:39 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February 2019

    Man City 6-0 Chelsea

    Chelsea

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri, speaking to Sky Sports: "At the moment I am not able to explain. during the week my feeling was good during training. Maybe the goal we concede after three minutes it was difficult to play. It was difficult not to give them spaces. We were in trouble. I am not able to understand.

"We made a lot of mistakes against the wrong opponents. They played fantastic football and we made a lot of mistakes. We wanted to press them at the beginning of the action but the plan was completely ruined because we concede after three minutes.

"I think the big difference between the two teams was the intensity of pressing. They pressed really well and we were not able to do it. We were not able to react in the right way. We were not able to stay in the match.

"At the moment we have a big problem away. The beginning of the season we were better away than at home. But everything has changed in the last month. We need to understand.

"It is right. I am in charge of the team so it is right [that he faces pressure]. You will have to ask the club [if there will be discussions about his future]."

Miles Nall: Devastating poor performance, tactically wrong, a big defeat in a top match, time for Sarri to look on his choices! Are David Luiz and Rudiger good enough? Together? Where is the leader on the field? Fully deserved defeat, good for Manchester United and Arsenal.

Tim Hervaert: I would be typical Chelsea if they nick their next encounter with City with 1-0, thus winning another trophy.

Will Nicholls: Sarri with the most embarrassing moment of the day for Chelsea right at the end. Refusing to shake hands with Guardiola for no other reason than you’ve been well beaten and didn’t like it. Complete lack of professionalism.

Worth adding that Guardiola thought Sarri just didn't see him as he headed for the tunnel after the full-time whistle. We await clarification.

Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta, speaking to Sky Sports: "It is one of the worst nights in my career. It is difficult to explain what happened.

"The first five or six minutes went well but that is not enough. It is very frustrating and disappointing. We are conceding a lot of goals and we cannot accept that.

"When you lose 6-0 we have to accept we didn't play well and made errors. We knew it would be tough. When we won at Stamford Bridge it was because we played well and were together. Today was not the case.

"All I can do is apologise to the fans because it is not acceptable."

    Man City 6-0 Chelsea

    Manchester City

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola on his hat-trick striker Sergio Aguero: "I have said many times, Sergio scores every single season a lot of goals. I admire these kind of players, the consistency. Young players come but some stay for a long time, that is fantastic.

"Top of the league, we have to wait to see when Liverpool go to Old Trafford as we have played one more game. They win that and they are leaders, with us behind. But I am proud.

"What we did last season, to still be there every single game, that means a lot to me. So 11 games, we are going to try until the end to retain the title."

  20. 'The players are outstanding'published at 18:19 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February 2019

    Man City 6-0 Chelsea

    Manchester City

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola speaks to BBC Sport: "Incredible week, incredible game. We are lucky to score three from the first four actions. After 3-0 they were much better than us and after 5-0 it was not easy for them.

"Chelsea take the ball, play incredible, so that's why I am very pleased after we played Arsenal, Everton and had a few days to recover.

"To scored six against Chelsea and the way we played, we had so much attention. We did it, it's an incredible compliment to the players, they are outstanding.

"We spoke this morning, we trained set pieces, trained some movements and I never thought we would score this amount of goals."
