  2. Postpublished at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December 2018

    Hamilton 0-0 Hibernian

The ball falls nicely for Accies striker Rakish Bingham to have a crack at goal from the edge of the penalty area and Ofir Marciano has to look lively to push it away.

It's disappointing from Kilmarnock. They started off well, trying to hit Celtic on the counter attack but Celtic have dominated most of the last 30 minutes. This is really good from Celtic's perspective. Their one-touch football has been superb. It's very hard to match them.

Really nothing between the sides here at Pittodrie. Matty Kennedy always catches my eye for St Johnstone. Always a real threat

A brilliant goal - Edouard up against Scott Boyd. He goes to go long then he goes back then links up with Rogic and continues his run into the box. A fantastic finish. A really good goal to cut open a very strong midfield and a very strong back four. That’s the way to do it. Top corner again - goalkeeper no chance

    Livingston 0-0 St Mirren

    Kenny Crawford
    BBC Sport Scotland at Almondvale

Ryan Hardie has contributed well to the Livingston team so far, linking play usefully as he tries to carve out some opportunities. The on-loan Rangers striker scored eight times for Livi last season and will be eager to open his account for this campaign now he’s free from injury.

  10. Can Killie conjure comeback?published at 15:28 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December 2018

    Celtic 2-0 Kilmarnock

    Jonathan Sutherland
BBC Sport Scotland at Celtic Park

Steve Clarke has performed miracles with Kilmarnock but he will need to conjure up something special to get anything from this now. It had taken until the 24th minute for Kilmarnock to fire off their first real chance - a shot from Jordan Jones well saved by Craig Gordon - and almost immediately Celtic went 2-0 up, Tom Rogic playing in Odsonne Edouard who made no mistake. Celtic in total control.

  11. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:27 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December 2018

    Aberdeen 0-0 St Johnstone

Aberdeen have Joe Lewis to thank for preventing St Johnstone taking the lead as Matty Kennedy powers a volley towards the far top corner on the turn from wide on the right and the goalkeeper turns it over at full stretch.

  12. GOOD SAVE!published at 15:27 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December 2018

    Hamilton 0-0 Hibernian

Stevie Mallan goes for goal again, this time from a free-kick on the left side of the penalty box. It whizzes through a cluster of players and Accies keeper Gary Woods does just enough to keep it out as he flops down to guard his near post.

  13. Postpublished at 15:26 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December 2018

    Hamilton 0-0 Hibernian

Hibs midfielder Stevie Mallan has time and space to line up a long-range dig at goal but it's straight at Gary Woods.

Very lively start by both sides at Pittodrie. Great chances at either end of the park

  16. Celtic dictating playpublished at 15:21 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December 2018

    Celtic 1-0 Kilmarnock

    Jonathan Sutherland
BBC Sport Scotland at Celtic Park

Really good Kilmarnock support at Celtic Park this afternoon but they have not had much to cheer so far. Celtic dominating since the early goal and Odsonne Edouard really should have done a whole lot better as he latched on to a stray Kilmarnock pass. Daniel Bachmann dealt with the danger in the Kilmarnock goal.

  17. Postpublished at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December 2018

    Hamilton 0-0 Hibernian

James Keatings threads a lovely pass in behind the Hibs defence for Rakish Bingham but across comes Miquel Nelom with a fantastic sliding challenge to prevent the striker getting a shot away in the box.

  18. CLOSE!published at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December 2018

    Hearts 1-0 Motherwell

Arnaud Djoum has a free header in the box after a cross from Sean Clare, but he somehow nods it just past the post. So close to a second for Hearts.

  19. ouch!

Postpublished at 15:14 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December 2018

    Hamilton 0-0 Hibernian

Are Hamilton going to have to make a second goalie change? Gary Woods is off his line quickly to block at the feet of Florian Kamberi and takes a bash on the the hip. A bit of magic spray and he's okay...

  20. goal

GOAL - Hearts 1-0 Motherwellpublished at 15:14 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December 2018

    Peter Haring

Oliver Bozanic whips in a ball from the left and Peter Haring launches himself between two Motherwell defenders to head home.
