Blair Alston was dropped to the bench after his midweek goal in the draw with Hearts, but the midfielder strikes again minutes after coming on as a substitute.
The midfielder shows a neat bit of footwork before curling a fine drive over Aberdeen goalkeeper Joe Lewis and into the far corner from just outside the penalty box.

Aberdeen have had the better of the second-half pressure, but it is Saints who break the deadlock as Joe Shaughnessy rises to head his second goal of the season following a corner.
The former Dons centre-half is certainly playing a captain's role.

Partick Thistle have doubled their lead to lead Dunfermline 2-0 while Ross County have taken 1-0 advantage against Queen of the South.

After Scott Pittman's effort was blocked, the ball fell to Ryan Hardie, who blasted the ball high into the roof of the net to get his first goal of the season. Gary Holt's half-time team-talk looks to have worked wonders.

Livi’s equaliser has really brought this game to life. It was Scott Pittman’s third goal of the season and he’s always a trusty and reliable contributor to the hosts’ cause. Since then there’s been a real edge to the match and it’s much more end-to-end.

Is that hope for Kilmarnock? Perhaps respectability is the best they can hope for as they were annihilated in the first half. No doubt about the penalty, a good call from referee Nick Walsh as Rory McKenzie was felled in the box. Up stepped sub Eamonn Brophy to pull it back 4-1.

Gary Woods was a late addition to the Accies starting line up, replacing Jan Mucha after the warm-ups.
It looks like Woods was hurt in that collision with Martin Boyle and Jacob Marsden is now off the bench for the start of the second half.
