  1. YELLOW CARD Porteous (Hibs)published at 21:26 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Jeez... That's a shocking challenge from Ryan Porteous on Lasanna Coulibaly. The Hibs teenager just wipes out the Rangers midfielder with a late, high tackle.

"He's just put Coulibaly into the front row," winces BBC Sportsound pundit Kenny Miller. "It could have been a red."

"It's a horrendous tackle and then he runs away like nothing has happened," chuckles fellow summariser Lee McCullloch.

  2. Postpublished at 21:23 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

A first save of the evening for Allan McGregor and it's an easy one as the Rangers custodian gets behind a tame effort from Emerson Hyndman.

  3. BIG MISSpublished at 21:21 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Rangers slice Hibs open as Alfredo Morelos drives forward from halfway. He feeds Daniel Candeias, who slips a great pass into the path of James Tavernier but the captain gets his feet in a tangle and can't make any sort of contact right in front of goal. What a chance!

  4. Postpublished at 21:19 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Celtic 3-0 Motherwell

Celtic substitute Lewis Morgan delivers a low ball across the Motherwell goal, but James Forrest can't quite reach it. The champions are pressing for a fourth.

  5. CLOSE!published at 21:18 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Rangers need a win to stay top and they are turning the screw now, with Hibs constantly giving the ball away in midfield.

Efe Ambrose makes a great block to keep out a thumping Daniel Candeias shot, then Alfredo Morelos is inches wide with a low, angled strike from the left.

  6. Sinclair gets a restpublished at 21:14 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Celtic 3-0 Motherwell

Scott Sinclair goes off for Celtic, and on comes Lewis Morgan. After Odsonne Edouard's injury, Brendan Rodgers probably wants to protect his remaining forwards.

  7. Postpublished at 21:13 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Lovely play from Alfredo Morelos as he lifts the ball over the head of Efe Ambrose and powers into the box from the right, only to flash his dipping shot wide of the far post.

  8. 'No conviction' from Shawpublished at 21:13 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Fantastic cross from Slivka, great run from Kamberi but there was no conviction in the Oli Shaw finish. Kamberi probably should do better but Shaw dips his left toe into it and scoops it over the bar

  9. Postpublished at 21:11 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

That's it for Oli Shaw. Neil Lennon sends on Martin Boyle. Can the speedy winger make an impact in these last 20 minutes?

  10. Postpublished at 21:10 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Oli Shaw squanders another fabulous chance in front of goal... Vykintas Slivka swings in a peach of a cross from the right, Florian Kamberi makes a complete hash of his first-time effort but the ball pops up nicely for Shaw, who is far too tentative as he pokes his shot over the top, with Allan McGregor thundering his way.

  11. Points safe and secure at Celtic Parkpublished at 21:08 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Celtic 3-0 Motherwell

    Martin Dowden
BBC Sport Scotland at Celtic Park

The pressure returns to Rangers to get the win at Easter Road if they are to remain top of the Premiership as there is little to no chance of a Motherwell fightback.

They have barely threatened all evening, with Craig Gordon pretty much a spectator.

What will please Brendan Rodgers is the impact of Anthony Ralston and Mikey Johnson and the way his side got the job done clinically before half time.

However, the injury to Odsonne Edouard will be of great concern and potentially leaves Celtic with no genuine strikers available with trips to Pittodrie and Ibrox on the horizon.

  12. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:07 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Celtic 3-0 Motherwell

Celtic midfielder Olivier Ntcham, playing in a more advanced attacking midfield role this evening, is played through on goal but his low shot is well saved by Mark Gillespie.

  13. Postpublished at 21:07 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Rangers remove Gareth McAuley after that scare. It looks like the veteran has a knock of some sort. Joe Worrall is on in his place.

  14. Postpublished at 21:06 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

What a chance for Hibs striker Oli Shaw! A nice back-heel from Florian Kamberi allows his partner to race away from a toiling Gareth McAuley. Shaw gets in front of the veteran and can see the whites of Allan McGregor's eyes only to blaze his shot wildly over the top.

Against a diamond you need to switch the ball out to your full backs. Rangers are getting Tavernier and Barisic involved, which opens that diamond up

  16. Postpublished at 21:00 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Rangers skipper James Tavernier has a dig from a free kick some 25 yards out. It curls narrowly wide but it looks like the diving Adam Bogdan had it covered.

  17. Postpublished at 20:59 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Celtic 3-0 Motherwell

It's a first chance of the game for Motherwell. A corner is whipped right across the Celtic six yard box, but nobody gets a touch, and home captain Scott Brown clears it at the back post.

  18. Postpublished at 20:58 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

James Tavernier is allowed to race into the Hibs penalty area from the right and then powers in a rising shot that Adam Bogdan pushes away at his near post.

  19. Postpublished at 20:57 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Emerson Hyndman finds Vykintas Slivka on the edge of the box. Surely the big Lithuanian will have a shot? No, his touch is not the best and and defender in blue is able to make sure he doesn't get a second.

Allan McGregor's wait to make a save goes on.

  20. Postpublished at 20:54 Greenwich Mean Time 19 December 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

Sloppy play from Rangers and Oli Shaw has time to pick out a run from Emerson Hyndman. The Hibs midfielder eats up some ground before having a shot but it's well wide.
