Saints double their lead and few could argue they don't deserve it.
Matty Kennedy receives a short corner and his cross is flicked on by Chris Kane to Liam Craig, who applies a simple finish.
Livingston 0-0 Aberdeen
A great piece of wing play from Aberdeen's Connor McLennan.
The 19-year-old nutmegs his marker before delivering a low cross that Stevie May fires just wide of the front post.
Hamilton 1-1 Motherwell
A brief halt in play at Hamilton as an errant clearance sends the ball scudding into a pie kiosk.
Livingston 0-0 Aberdeen
Aberdeen have started the second half well.
Stevie May's shot looks to be heading well wide, but it hits home midfielder Craig Sibbald and deflects just wide.
In the next attack, goalkeeper Liam Kelly flaps at a Graeme Shinnie cross and is happy to see the loose ball hacked clear.

Quote MessageEamonn Brophy went down claiming a penalty - absolute dive, clear as you like. Willie Collum agrees with me and books him.

Dundee 0-1 St Johnstone
Matty Kennedy drives at the Dundee defence and tests Jack Hamilton at his near post. It could be an important save.
Dundee 0-1 St Johnstone
Jim McIntyre can't have been happy with what he saw from his Dundee side in the first half and he's made a change at half-time with Benjamin Kallman sent on to support Kenny Miller in attack, with central midfielder Glen Kamara withdrawn.
We're up and running again at most of the grounds...

Despite both teams’ poor form recently, this match has been entertaining with both sides showing attacking intent and creating chances.
Anyone who thought we were in for a sticky affair were greatly mistaken.
Both sets of players are playing with confidence and, despite being in need of points, look to be playing without pressure.
Hopefully there will be more of the same in the second half.

Quote MessageSt Johnstone have dominated proceedings at Dens Park it has to be said, but with just a goal in it, Dundee will still fancy their chances of getting something from the game

Both sides matched up with 3-4-3 formations but despite the attacking intent there were only a handful of early efforts on goal.
The best for Aberdeen came from Stevie May on the edge of the box, but he curled his effort just over the bar.
Livingston would come closer via a Stevie Lawless free kick. Craig Halkett got his head on it to flick the ball towards goal but the Aberdeen keeper Joe Lewis pulled off an incredible save.
There were then two penalty claims in the space of a minute for young Aberdeen forward Bruce Anderson. First he went down after a coming together with Livingston keeper Liam Kelly and then - seconds later - with Stevie Lawless which left Anderson flat on the artificial turf. Both claims were waved away by referee Steven McLean.
HT: Kilmarnock 2-1 St Mirren

Quote MessageThe Saints have managed to apply the brakes to what looked like a runaway Killie win. The home side were two up after 11 minutes and Stevie Clarke's men were thundering over the horizon, but St Mirren have got themselves back into the game

A typically feisty derby is all square after Tom Aldred volleyed home to quickly level after Dougie Imrie's opener for the hosts.
Greg Stewart has been the difference between the sides, creating both Kilmarnock goals for Stuart Findlay and Jordan Jones. Simeon Jackson pulled one back for the visitors, but the home side has carried the greater threat.
So far Aberdeen haven't looked like a side needing to win in order to keep pace with the top three.
Both managers picked attacking line-ups, but a Craig Halkett header that forced a fine save from Aberdeen goalkeeper Joe Lewis is the closest we have come to a goal.
Dons boss Derek McInnes had hinted that the hectic festive schedule might take its toll on a side stretched by injury absences and that is how it has looked in West Lothian.
