Dougie Imrie
From nowhere, Hamilton take the lead. The hosts have hardly threatened but a long ball over a high Motherwell defence gives Dougie Imrie space to run in behind, steady himself, and slot the ball low under Mark Gillespie.
An inquest is currently ongoing between the Motherwell players, and no wonder. Such a cheap goal to give away.

Quote MessageThirty-five seconds for that St Johnstone opener... There have been a few cross-cum-shot goals this season. Are they being practiced on the training ground?
Hamilton 0-0 Motherwell
A minute's applause breaks out in the away stand as chants of "One Phil O'Donnell" ring out. It was 11 years ago today that the Motherwell captain tragically passed away while in action for the club against Dundee United.

FT: Rangers 1-0 Celtic
Bredan Rodgers admitted Celtic were second-best at Ibrox today, and felt poor decision-making was his side's undoing.
"I thought the best team won," Rodgers told Sky Sports.
"Rangers played well. We had a lot of unforced mistakes and didn’t create as much as we would like so we’ve got no excuse.
"We had a close opportunity when Callum (McGregor) got through – I thought he was outstanding for us.
"But I think with the players missing and one or two unfit, it took away a little bit of strength from us. We passed the ball out of play under no pressure, we were not precise or clean enough with our passing at times.
"We defended well, they put balls in our box, and we made some good clearances, but I think with decision-making we weren’t as crisp or bright as we normally are.
"We brought pressure onto ourselves at times with poor decision-making.
"But I can’t complain, this is my 13th game against Rangers, it’s obviously 13th unlucky, but you have to feel especially the young players have got good experience today.
"They’ll feel the hurt of today, losing a Celtic Rangers game and hopefully that will make them better going forward.
Jordan Jones
Outstanding wing play by Greg Stewart, jinking past a slew of St Mirren players on his way from the touchline to the byline before sending the ball across the face of the goal for Jordan Jones to convert at the back post
Scott Tiffoney
Hamilton 0-0 Motherwell
A bright start from the visitors who have been on the front foot from the off. Danny Johnson has just sent a shot narrowly wide after spinning his man from the edge of the area.
Stuart Findlay
Poor defending from the visitors as Kilmarnock defender Stuart Findlay has all the time in the world to nod home from a corner.
Joe McKee
The first goal of the day in the Championship comes in the Kincardine Bridge derby...
Scott Tanser
What a start for St Johnstone. Scott Tanser hangs a cross to the back post from the left and the ball drops over goalkeeper Jack Hamilton and goes in off the upright. It's a bit of a fluke but the visitors will certainly take it.
We are up and running...
Livingston v Aberdeen (15:00)
Jonathan Sutherland
BBC Sport Scotland in Livingston
Both sides look very attacking this afternoon, which bodes well.
It looks like Livingston will be going with three up top - Lee Miller, Dolly Menga and Ryan Hardie.
As for Aberdeen, it could almost be 4-1-5 with Stevie May, Sam Cosgrove, Bruce Anderson, Connor McLennan and Scott Wright all starting.
Has to be a goalfest here in West Lothian!
Kilmarnock v St Mirren (15:00)
John Barnes

After the result at Ibrox, Kilmarnock have the chance to move within one point of the top two with a victory here against the side stuck second bottom of the table.
Killie are looking to maintain their level of consistency with a victory to end an impressive year. In the league during 2018 Killie have accumulated 71 points from 37 games, that’s an average of almost two points a game, or if you want to be accurate 1.92.
Manager Steve Clarke says he’s gone with an attack-minded side by bringing in Eamonn Brophy and Chris Burke for Aaron Tshibola and Kris Boyd who are on the bench.
St Mirren manager Oran Kearney sticks by the same side that lost to St Johnstone last time out as they look for their fourth League win of the campaign.
Hamilton v Motherwell (15:00 GMT)
Motherwell manager Stephen Robinson told Sportsound: "We are not getting the results we wanted but we come here in a positive frame of mind and want to end the year on a victory.
"We haven't had continuity or a settled back four. I think we have 11 injuries that may have been starting. That's a problem but we still have a strong side."
Striker Ryan Bowman is absent from the squad with the forward poised to sign for Exeter City, and Robinson added: "I haven't had any confirmation that it is done and dusted but he's in negotiations with them at the minute.
"We've accepted a fee for Ryan and it gives us a chance to use his wage to freshen things up in the Christmas break. Hopefully that will get over the line."
FT: Rangers 1-0 Celtic
Steven Gerrard also praised his "unofficial captain" Andy Halliday for his performance.
"He epitomised the whole spirit of the squad," Gerrard tells Sky Sports.
"Andy earned the right to play today, he was outstanding against Hibs. Every time I’ve called upon him, whether it be a cameo or from the beginning, every single day in training he’s available.
"Andy Halliday is my unofficial captain. I think the world of him and I think he deserves this night."
FT: Rangers 1-0 Celtic
A delighted Steven Gerrard tells Sky Sports his Rangers side played with "courage" and "belief".
"This moment is all about the supporters, they’ve been through a lot," he said.
"Over the last couple of years they’ve been punished in these fixtures, so today is all about the supporters.
"The players to a man were outstanding, all over the pitch. I asked them to win more one v ones across the pitch and we won them all. We were better to a man, we were the better team, we could have won it more comfortably. Their keeper made some outstanding saves and we hit the woodwork.
"We played with courage, we played with belief, we were brave, competed all over the pitch, I asked them to bring their A-game and they did – that’s what I want to see on a regular basis.
"There's still a lot of work. Celtic are a good team, have a good manager, but the first half of the season has gone very well.
"But today is about the supporters. They need to enjoy the night and the next couple of weeks, because they haven’t had bragging rights in this city in a long time."

Livingston v Aberdeen (15:00)
It's been quite a year for Livingston too.
The West Lothian side secured back-to-back promotions via the play-offs to return to the top division for the first time since 2006. The squad hasn't changed much from their League One days and they were every pundit's pick for relegation but Livi go into the final game of 2018 just one point off the top six.
The work-rate is terrific but there is more to them than their dogs of war spirit, with a very well organised defence and Liam Kelly is one of the best goalies in the division.
