    Arsenal 0-0 Cardiff

Oumar Niasse has a penalty appeal waved away after he appeared to get a nudge from Stephan Lichsteiner.

Arsenal immediately go up the other end and win a corner.

    Wolves 0-0 West Ham

'This has been dreadful so far' is the summary from my colleague watching this game. Conor Coady, Wolves captain, has his nose patched up after a clash of heads.

    Newcastle 0-1 Man City

    It is horrendous defending.

Raheem Sterling got into a decent position and the defenders were all over the shop. Newcastle had to stay in the game but that is just a gift for Manchester City.

    Newcastle 0-1 Man City

Newcastle keeper Martin Dubravka thought he was impeded by David Silva for that goal, but I don't think so, Silva did well. He's now bossed the Premier League with three haircuts.

    Glenn Murray (17 mins)

Fulham catch a bit of luck as a ball in from the left ricochets off Denis Odoi and is lofted into the air.

Pascal Gross leaps up and his overhead kick bounces favourably for Glenn Murray, who swiftly pokes it into the bottom corner.

    Prolific.

    Sergio Aguero (1 min)

    25 seconds...

Quite how Newcastle were caught three on three at the back inside the first 30 seconds is fairly baffling but Manchester City are ahead!

Raheem Sterling crosses from the right, David Silva is brave to go in for a header and nod it back as he collides with Martin Dubravka, and Sergio Aguero stabs it in.

    Fulham 0-1 Brighton

All ball, no creation. Fulham are yet to really test Brighton. A tame affair since Glenn Murray's early opener.

Meanwhile, over at the Emirates, Cardiff's pressure is building. Bobby Reid heads over the bar from yet another good chance.

The unbelievable Newcastle fans have turned up in their thousands.

Rafa Benitez will tell his players to stay in the game and keep the score reasonable. The problem is, once you go a goal or two down, you have to change your game plan.

I think it is going to be a comfortable night for City.

Newcastle v Man City (20:00 GMT)

This Man City team sheet shows the strength in depth they have. Pep Guardiola can rotate his squad but it's one or two at a time. He is keeping everyone fresh and it is sensational how good they are.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is blocked off by Lee Peltier as he tries to play a one-two and nip into the box.

Lucas Torreira can whip this in from the free-kick and it's in a nice position...

Ooh! It's got swerve on it but it flies dangerously wide and over the head of Shkodran Mustafi.

    Huddersfield 0-1 Everton

When you have had as bad a season as Huddersfield have you'll get applause for almost creating a chance. The crowd are on their feet to acclaim Jonathan Hogg as, although he didn't actually end a good move with a through-ball, he nearly did.

    Promising signs.

    Fulham 0-1 Brighton

Cyrus Christie shoots from a tight angle on the right side of the box but the ball bobbles dangerously across the slippy surface at Craven Cottage.

Brighton eventually get it clear but Fulham are putting some pressure on following that early goal.

Great play from West Ham, one-touch passing down the left but it ends up with Arthur Masuaku taking a bad touch and running clean out of play. He had men in the middle.
