Championship leaders Norwich City stick with the side that thrashed Bolton 4-0 last week, while Bristol City make three changes from the side that lost to Wolves in the FA Cup last week. Niclas Eliasson, Joe Morrell and Kasey Palmer miss out, with Andreas Weimann, Jamie Paterson and Marlon Pack coming in.

Leeds United make one change - Tyler Roberts is in for injured Kemar Roofe, while opponents Bolton have two new faces as Gary O'Neil and Joe Williams come in for Josh Vela and Luke Murphy in midfield.

Middlesbrough bring back Daniel Ayala in place of George Friend in their only change against Queens Park Rangers - the R's swap four from the side which lost late on at home to West Brom on Tuesday as Eberechi Eze and Tomer Hemed come into the attack while Ryan Manning and Grant Hall are also added.

In the basement battle between Reading and Rotherham the Royals make three changes - Tyler Blackett replaces Omar Richards at the back while Jon Swift and Gareth McCleary are preferred in attack to Liam Kelly and Mo Barrow after their 4-0 loss at Sheffield United last week. The Millers are unchanged following their 2-2 draw with Sheffield Wednesday.

Gordon Banks, England's World Cup-winning goalkeeper, died earlier this month aged 81.

He spent six seasons with Stoke City, winning the League Cup with the Potters in 1972.

There are several tributes planned before today's Championship game against Aston Villa, including a fan mosaic and a minute's silence before kick-off.

In addition, Stoke goalkeeper Jack Butland will be wearing a specially-commissioned kit, which you can read about here.

  3. Canaries, Robins and dronespublished at 14:24 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2019

Norwich City v Bristol City (15:00 GMT)

Bristol City manager Lee Johnson has masterminded a Championship-best run of seven successive wins - in fact their FA Cup loss to Premier League Wolves last week ended a run of nine wins in a row in all competitions.

But Johnson has also been something of an innovator off the field - getting players to use big screen TVs to work on tactics and flying drones to get a different view of how his team looks.

And it has paid dividends, with the Robins back in the play-off places, but they will need to be at their best when they travel to leaders Norwich City.

The Canaries have lost just once in the league this year and star striker Teemu Pukki has scored eight goals in his past six games.

Victory for Norwich would keep them top, while an away victory would keep the Robins in the play-off places.

Having been fined £200,000 and warned about their future conduct, it is fair to assume nobody from Leeds United was hiding in the undergrowth around Bolton Wanderers' training ground earlier this week.

But now that 'Spygate' has been dealt with, Marcelo Bielsa will have to go back to his tried and trusted scouting methods, although judging by the position these two sides are in the league, it is Bolton who need every little bit of help they can get.

Uncertainty off the field in Greater Manchester, coupled with one league win since Boxing Day, makes the Trotters big underdogs at Elland Road.

And history does not bode well for Bolton either - Leeds have won their past six games against Wanderers and United have not had seven wins in succession against any opponent since winning eight in a row against Arsenal between 1973 and 1976.

  5. Coventry City's future could be in doubtpublished at 14:17 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2019

They may be facing League One leaders Luton Town on Sunday, but it seems Coventry City fans have far bigger challenges ahead.

The Sky Blues have been told by the English Football League that they could be expelled from the league unless they can sort out where they will be playing their home games next season.

Coventry's rental agreement with Premiership rugby union side Wasps, who own the Ricoh Arena, ends at the end of this season.

But owners Sisu remain in a legal battle with Wasps over the sale.

The EFL board has requested Coventry provide more details by 5 March over their intentions for next season, but the League One side say their "only option" is to continue playing at the Ricoh Arena.

They have informed Coventry that unless a satisfactory solution can be found within the next two months, it will need to call an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of all 72 clubs to consider City's expulsion from the league and any future membership.

If required, that EGM would be held on 25 April in order to resolve the issue in advance of any outstanding promotion and relegation issues at the end of this season.

  6. League Two strugglers search for pointspublished at 14:13 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2019

Can Notts County recover from their 4-1 loss to Newport on Tuesday and get a result at Tranmere?

The rock-bottom Magpies could have got out of the relegation places with a victory, but have another chance this afternoon as they travel to Prenton Park.

Yeovil Town, whose takeover edged closer earlier this week, need to arrest their run of six successive defeats against Cambridge United or else they could end up in the bottom two, should County or Macclesfield Town get a win.

At the top, Lincoln City travel to 20th-placed Morecambe while second-placed Bury host Oldham Athletic in Paul Scholes' first local derby as Latics boss.

  7. League One high-fliers face offpublished at 14:09 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2019

There's a mouth-watering fixture at the top end of League One as second-placed Barnsley travel to fourth-placed Portsmouth.

The Tykes will hope to cut the five-point deficit on leaders Luton Town as the Hatters do not play until Sunday, while Pompey's hopes of an automatic promotion place would take a big hit if they lose as Barnsley would be eight points above them.

Should Barnsley stumble, Sunderland have the chance to take advantage - they travel to struggling Bristol Rovers hoping to cut their four-point gap to the Yorkshire side.

    • Latest: Scunthorpe United 0-1 Doncaster Rovers (13:00 GMT kick-off)

It's all eyes on the top of the Championship with all of the top six in action today, and any of the top four could end Saturday at the summit of the second tier.

Leaders Norwich City have a tough test at home to Bristol City - the Robins have won their past seven in the league and have not lost in the Championship since going down 2-0 at Leeds on 24 November.

A slip-up by the Canaries could let Leeds United go back to the top - you would fancy their chances against second-from-bottom Bolton Wanderers who have won just once in the league this year.

But it could all change after the late game - second-placed Sheffield United visiting fourth-placed West Bromwich Albion.

Both sides have won three and drawn the other of their past four games. If Norwich lose and Leeds fail to win, either side could go top with a victory.

Here's the full list of Championship fixtures...

    • Brentford v Hull City
    • Leeds United v Bolton Wanderers
    • Middlesbrough v Queens Park Rangers
