Huey Newton: Manchester United re-signing Martial is a great move... Fellaini off [to China] an even greater move... But what's going on with strengthening the defence?
What does your club need?
Manchester United
More from Manchester United fan Barney Chilton, the editor of the Red News fanzine:
"Marouane Fellaini departing is best for player and United. He tried, and at times could be trying, and with where we need to get to, he falls short.
"Best chest in the world or not, through no fault of his own he came to symbolise the post Sir Alex Ferguson mishaps. But he was better than some made out, didn’t strop when the boo boys targeted him (horrible to hear), and helped as much as anyone to give us a Europa League triumph to complete the set.
"Whilst others stropped he just got his large head of hair down and we should thank him for that - but you can feel that and be grateful both he and we are moving on."
What does your club need?
Cardiff City
Vince Alm from the Cardiff City Supporters Club:
"It has been a tough couple of weeks for Cardiff City and our supporters with our record transfer signing Emiliano Sala missing after taking a flight from Nantes over the Channel.
"However, we must try and improve the squad to give ourselves a chance to stay in the Premier League.
"We desperately need cover in central midfield, in defence with a right-sided full back, and now also at centre half with Sean Morrison out of action for 6-8 weeks.
"We have used our two loans from Premier League clubs so need to either buy or look abroad if we are going down the loan route."

Transfer deadline day is getting ever more dull. Where is Harry Redknapp in his car with his window down? Where is the news of an Arsenal panic buy? Where is the left field unheralded South American signing for a relegation certainty?
Andy Nock , Andover
I would love to see Newcastle get either Drinkwater or Cahill from Chelsea! Delighted we've got two today already but can't have enough of a good thing!
Matt, Devon
The closest thing to a done deal we've had in a while...

Miguel Almiron signs for Newcastle
Simon March
Fantasy Football Champion
Only Cardiff and Huddersfield have scored fewer Premier League goals than Newcastle’s 21 so far this season. Cue the addition of record signing Miguel Almiron, bought in from MLS side Atlanta United with the task of reigniting Newcastle’s insipid attack. Does Almiron offer an option for fantasy managers? His record of 12 goals and 11 assists in the most recent MLS season is certainly nothing to be sniffed at and, while it’s assumed that he’ll be listed as a midfielder, he’s also played up front, offering a potential out-of-position option. Most likely, Almiron will be stationed on the left of the forward line or in his favoured Number 10 position, should Benitez look to adapt Newcastle’s line up. We’ll have to see how he adapts to the Premier League but his attacking threat not only makes Almiron an interesting differential option himself, his creativity may also help Salomon Rondon improve on his 6 league goals so far this season.
Former Welsh international John Hartson is not impressed.

Nicks: Maybe there’s a radio show host position vacant at Burnley for Crouch to fill in?
Supernintendo chalmers: It's very, very un-transfer day deadline-y, is it not?
A trio of signings in the English Football League have gone through on the half hour mark..
It's been very underwhelming hasn't it? I've had the 'DONE DEAL' graphic for Peter Crouch ready for about five hours...
Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini is currently preparing for his medical with Chinese club Shandong Luneng.
Football medicals are the last hurdle a new signing needs to clear before being unveiled to the media in his new home kit. But it can be a nervous time for fans.
The medical stage prevented Loic Remy moving from Newcastle to Liverpool FC in 2014 - although Chelsea signed him soon afterwards.
It also delayed Ruud Van Nistelrooy's transfer to Manchester United in 2000. So what goes on in these medicals?
Manchester United
Manchester United youngster Tom Sang has joined National League side AFC Fylde until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old signed a new deal with United in May last year and has played for the under-23’s side.
Sang was called up to first-team training by Jose Mourinho before the Champions League match with Juventus in October 2018.

Newcastle wide-man Jacob Murphy is having a medical at West Brom ahead of a loan move.
Baggies boss Darren Moore has been looking for a replacement for Harvey Barnes, who was recalled from his loan spell at the Hawthorns at the start of the month.
He targeted Murphy, who was available following Newcastle's club record £20m capture of Miguel Almiron from MLS Cup winners Atlanta United.
It looks like being a busy evening at West Brom, with at least three new signings anticipated.
Swansea winger Jefferson Montero and Fulham midfielder Stefan Johansen are also on Moore’s radar as he looks to guide West Brom back into the Premier League at the first attempt.
What does your club need?
Liverpool
More from Josh Sexton at the Anfield Wrap:
"Looks like Ben Woodburn will be staying put until the end of the season, as things stand.
"Still really highly rated despite his failed loan spell at Sheffield United, be interesting to see if he is in and around the first team in the next few months.
"And yes, this is the biggest transfer news of the day for us so far."
A part of Fellaini will stay in Manchester.

Liverpool youngster Liam Millar has signed a new long-term contract with the club and joined Kilmarnock on loan for the rest of the season.
The Canada forward is a regular for the Reds’ under-23 and under-19 sides.
