There is pressure but it's great. This is what you want. It replicates that feeling in the World Cup knockout stages where you have to win.

Oh and the USA play Brazil at silly o'clock UK time so you may not find out what's happened until you wake up in the morning!

    England v Japan (22:25 GMT)

If there's a winner in this match, they'll take the trophy home. Simple as that.

If Japan and England draw, it gets a little more complicated as the USA could still retain the title if they beat Brazil.

But maths was never my strong point so here's what the USA Women's website has as the permutations:

    • If England and Japan draw 0-0, the USA would need to beat Brazil 2-0, which would tie the USA in goal difference with Japan but put the USA head on goals scored.
    • If England and Japan draw 1-1, the USA would need to win 3-0 to take the title, tying Japan on goal difference, but moving ahead on goals scored.
    • If England and Japan draw 2-2, the USA would need to win 4-0 to take the title, tying Japan on goal difference, but moving ahead on goals scored.

  5. The SheBelieves story so farpublished at 21:53 Greenwich Mean Time 5 March 2019

    England v Japan (22:25 GMT)

England had to come from behind against Brazil but came away 2-1 winners thanks to goals from Ellen White and Beth Mead.

They ended up drawing 2-2 in a belting match against the world number one side USA on Saturday, with a wonderful free-kick from Steph Houghton and a brilliant volley from American Megan Rapinoe the highlights.

Japan also drew 2-2 with the hosts, and put on a brilliant display to beat Brazil 3-1 on Saturday.

    So...as it stands...
