England just need to manage the pace of this game. Short and sharp when it is on the pitch, but when you get a chance for a breather do so.

It's played long towards Michaela Abam, who has made a decent run in behind the England defence.

She brings it down and shoots in the box but Karen Bardsley makes another smart save. The flag then goes up for offside. This time, there are no protests from the Cameroon players.

Charlotte: Weird game. England have played sloppy but that could be due to the oddness of Cameroon’s conduct. But absolutely can not play like this again top quality opposition. Decent third goal by England though.

Adam: VAR is supposed to be there to overturn obvious errors. The England goal was one, they sorted it. The elbow early in the game was obvious, but nothing was done. The Cameroon goal is chalked off because half a foot is offside. That isn't an obvious error.

Once again, England are sloppy at the back and Cameroon win a corner. It comes all the way to Ajara Nchout but she misses the ball with an overhead kick.

    England 3-0 Cameroon

Toni Duggan, Jill Scott and Fran Kirby all combine on the edge of the box before the Chelsea midfielder lifts an inch-perfect ball over the defence for Ellen White.

This time the keeper reads it and comes charging out to put pressure on White, who has no other choice but to try and chip her.

It falls inches wide of the right post.

Goalscorer Alex Greenwood ran straight over to the bench to celebrate and looked incredibly emotional as she was hugged by her fellow Lionesses.

After her mistake moments ago, that's a huge relief for the Manchester United captain.

That goal will have come as a huge relief for Alex Greenwood, who moments ago played that sloppy pass back which almost gifted Cameroon a goal.

England have not had the last of their sloppy defending though. Ajara Nchout is allowed to run straight into the box on the right but her cut-back is intercepted.

GOAL - England 3-0 Cameroonpublished at 59 mins

    Alex Greenwood

England were asleep a few moments ago and Cameroon are no.

As soon as the whistle goes, Toni Duggan is ready to fire in the corner. She drills it low, into the centre, where Alex Greenwood is stood waiting, unmarked.

The Manchester United captain hits it first time and there's too much power for the keeper to handle.
