  1. CLOSE!published at 64 mins

    Chelsea 1-0 West Ham

Will Chelsea's chances come back to haunt them? They have had so many.

The excellent Ruben Loftus-Cheek slips a pass through to Eden Hazard, but the Chelsea man cannot get enough purchase on the shot which loops into the hands of goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski.

  2. CLOSE!published at 63 mins

    Chelsea 1-0 West Ham

    What an effort!

Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger fails to get distance on his headed clearance and it drops invitingly for left-back Aaron Cresswell on the edge of the box.

Cresswell takes a step and fires it first-time, but it drifts agonisingly wide of the far post.

    Kepa Arrizabalaga was beaten.

That's one way of stopping Eden Hazard.

The Belgium skipper getting smacked with the ball.........well, the boys will know where.

Painful, it's brought a tear to Hazard's eyes.

That battle I mentioned from earlier, Ruben Loftus-Cheek v Declan Rice.

The Chelsea man has had much the better of the head-to-head.

On this occasion, Rice has two, three bites at his man, but RLC stands firm by holding his man off.

I know it's beyond crazy to say this, but is selling Hazard for £100m even worth it now? Surely he'd be a massive help in getting to the Champions league next season and the money that would bring would be somewhere close to that.

That was a clever ball from Felipe Anderson to find Marko Arnautovic on the right. Maybe, just maybe, Manuel Lanzini could have done a bit better.

West Ham's best chance of the game.

Marko Arnautovic breaks free and lays it off for Manuel Lanzini 12 yards out, but the Argentine's strike is pushed away by Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Robert Snodgrass keeps the ball in play and chips is back for Arnautovic, but the Austrian's shot is blocked.

    What's the opposite of Sarriball?

Whatever it is, Chelsea are playing it today.

Quick, incisive passing, one-touch, popping it off to each other, full of confidence.

This move involves goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga too.

West Ham picking up where they left off in the first half - not being able to get a hand on Eden Hazard.

Just a spin on the ball and a lay-off from the Chelsea man in the middle of the park, but the way he does it is a joy to watch.

That's absolutely lethal from Eden Hazard. He spun a web inside that penalty box! Surely someone has to get in and make a challenge?

Inches away from the second, it's that man again.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek bursts forward from midfielder and feeds Eden Hazard down the left.

The Chelsea forward stands up three defenders before creating a yard and drilling a low, left-footed shot narrowly wide of the far post.

There's no surprise that Manuel Pellegrini has made a change at half-time and brought on Robert Snodgrass for more legs. They are trying to get a few numbers around that midfield three. A good decision from Pellegrini I think.
