Sometimes I watch Chelsea and think they are a one-man side. Christian Pulisic is a fantastic player but he's not at Eden Hazard's level. He is in a bracket under Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. When we eventually lose those two, Hazard will be one of those players carrying the baton as one of the best players in the world. Chelsea need to get as much money for him as they can but they also need to find a replacement for him.

There is no better challenge then at Real Madrid. But if you were Chelsea you would be crazy to sell Eden Hazard now with the transfer ban over your head. What's the point in selling him for £100m if you can't buy anyone? On the pitch, you are losing your main player.

It is like Brexit. There is still no deal between Real Madrid and Chelsea for Eden Hazard. They have been in talks since January but Chelsea still want the money. They won't let him go without big money. I don't know what Chelsea's asking price is. Real Madrid only want to spend around £85m. They don't want to spend more than that. At the moment there is no agreement.
Real Madrid want to act fast, close the deal and announce it quickly. They need good news after the season they are having. But this is Chelsea. They are known for being tough negotiators. Hazard has no agent which doesn't help in this instance.
It's been going on for two years. Real Madrid made their first approach in November 2016. Last summer they made another approach and Chelsea said no. Hazard didn't push for the deal then as he knew it was useless going to war with them. But will he try and force it now if Chelsea keep asking for more money? He has always been happy over here but there is still that childhood dream.
Real Madrid were coming for him even without Zinedine Zidane - but everything has fallen into place at a good moment. He knows he is a priority. Zidane has always been a fan of Hazard. He told me in 2010 he would buy him with his eyes closed. He has always been a fan.

There was some chat before the game that Eden Hazard might not start today amid reports of a move to Real Madrid in the summer.
What's the latest on the deal?

There was plenty of clamour for teenage star Callum Hudson-Odoi to feature more regularly for Chelsea and the England international now gets back-to-back games from the first whistle.
The 18-year-old has scored four goals and assisted five in nine starts for Chelsea in all competitions

Chelsea 4th if we can avoid defeat at Man Utd. Tottenham 3rd. Expecting both of these to lose to City.

It's rave on for Chelsea today, having not been defeated at home in the Premier League on a Monday since December 1994.
Name the player from that season...
Chelsea v West Ham (20:00 BST)
Eden Hazard's tally is the highest in the Premier League this season.
Will he still be at Chelsea next season though?
Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has been trying to charm the Belgium skipper.
"He's a player I have always appreciated. He is fantastic," said Zizou. "He has played in France, I have watched him a lot and I know him personally."

Will Chelsea make it into the top four? Can they win the Europa League? Will Maurizio Sarri still be manager next season...even if he achieves both?

Tight at the top and the race to qualify for next season's Champions League looks like going down to the wire too.
Chelsea v West Ham (20:00 BST)
They've been booed by their own fans, the manager's style of play has been derided and there is also a transfer ban looming.
But victory today and Chelsea move up to third in the Premier League and the Blues have a Europa League quarter-final tie to look forward to this week.
Supporters have made their feelings heard this season, but the side have a real chance of ending the campaign on a high.
