    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea and Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

Most eyes will be on Liverpool, but this is massively important for Chelsea which is why I think it will be an open game. But their record against the top teams away from home has not been good this season which, for me, makes Liverpool very big favourites.

  4. 'It will go down to the wire'published at 16:12 British Summer Time 14 April 2019

    Crystal Palace 1-3 Man City

    Manchester City

Manchester City goalscorer Raheem Sterling speaking to BBC Sport: "We controlled the ball really well but one moment in the game and they are back in it. But we responded again and got the third goal."

On bouncing back from his early miss: "When I was younger you always want to score your first opportunity and sometimes it doesn’t happen like that. You don’t beat yourself up. There’s 80 minutes left, you just have to be ready for the next opportunity. That’s the mentality, just keep going and the chance will come."

On whether the title race will go to the final day of the season: "100 percent the way Liverpool have been playing. It will go down to the wire. I don’t see us slowing down now. Liverpool have a great squad, great self-belief, but so do we."

Jurgen Klopp has always had the ability to strike a chord with fans and he has some nice words in his programme notes about the 30th anniversary of Hillsborough.

The Liverpool boss says: "Most of the players who you will watch today were not born when Hillsborough happened. As a club we have an obligation to ensure that we do everything to ensure they understand why it will always matter so much.

"Thankfully, if there is a single trait that best characterises our players, it is that they take responsibility. They also know how fortunate they are to play for you. We will always do our best for you and when you need us, we stand shoulder to shoulder with you. Today is a day when we must do both."

  8. 'We were glad to get the third goal'published at 16:07 British Summer Time 14 April 2019

    Crystal Palace 1-3 Man City

    Manchester City

Manchester City goalscorer Raheem Sterling on Sky Sports: "We always knew coming here in the past that it's a difficult place to come. We got two goals but knew we couldn't switch off.

"We kept pushing and kept making it difficult - glad to get the third goal. We knew we had to be on it from the first minute."

On bouncing back from the defeat by Spurs: "It's one game we've lost but we knew we had to bounce back straight away.

On missing his first scoring chance: "I tried to be a bit too clever with the first one. The game is 90 minutes and it's still 0-0 - I knew there would be more chances."

Will you be watching the game at Anfield?

"I'm hungry. I need to eat food - will see how it goes."

    Crystal Palace 1-3 Man City

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

It’s difficult when things happen so quickly. The offside is marginal, you only see it when you slow it down, so you do have some sympathy for the officials. However, they are employed to get those decisions right. To be fair they do so more often than not, but that’s why VAR is coming in next season.

Big game coming up at Anfield now.

It is Jurgen Klopp's 200th game in charge of Liverpool and it could prove vital in the title race.

With Manchester City now a point clear at the top, Liverpool cannot afford to drop points.

Chelsea have a decent record at Anfield but travelled to Prague on Thursday so will that have an effect on their performance today?

Liverpool are also unbeaten in 37 games at Anfield in the Premier league - the second-longest record in history.

It will also be hugely emotional in Liverpool as fans remember the 30th anniversary of Hillsborough and celebrate the life and career of former captain Tommy Smith, who died earlier this week.
