I have been watching the two managers for the past 10 minutes. Jurgen Klopp looks the calmer of the two as it stands. Maurizo Sarri keeps chuntering to his coaches on the bench, whereas Klopp seems happier to watch the game.

Tom Dee: Hazard recovered pretty quickly from his latest "hack".

Fabinho lifts it long into Mohamed Salah. The forward knocks it down for Jordan Henderson, who is running into the box, but the captain's powerful shot is deflected.

Roberto Firmino then wins a corner on the left.

Jack, Reading: I know lots of players are guilty of diving, but Salah is surely the worst culprit in the league at the moment. One reason why many people don't want to see Liverpool lifting the title.

Dave, Manchester: It seems the referee has given the Liverpool players carte blanche to kick Eden Hazard as much as they want.

Jordan Henderson's ball to Sadio Mane is flicked on first time but it's too far in front of Roberto Firmino.

Chelsea try to counter but Virgil van Dijk is there to nod it back to Alisson.

Antonio Rudiger has a coming together with Sadio Mane and needs a bit of treatment. Chelsea are momentarily down to 10 men as he goes off to the touchline.

The expansiveness of Liverpool's play is really impressive right now. It's clear they have been up for it right from the start. Some teams are nervy going into games like this, Liverpool do not look nervy at the moment.

Willian slips it through to Eden Hazard on the left side of the box. The Belgian has a yard on Joel Matip and cuts back inside. Matip does well to stay on his feet and close down the angle.

It forces Hazard to shoot towards the near post and Virgil van Dijk gets a call from Alisson to leave it. A comfortable save in the end.

Naby Keita cuts in off the left and he tries to poke it through Cesar Azpilicueta and catch the keeper out.

Kepa reads it and makes the save at the near post.

That was literally inches. If he was a shoe size smaller he was probably on.

Trent Alexander-Arnold's ball sends Mohamed Salah away on the right but the bounce favours Chelsea.

Liverpool keep the ball though and a neat one-two between Salah and Firmino ends with the Egyptian's shot being blocked.

Mohamed Salah's dancing feet evades Willian but instead of pulling the ball back, he tries to beat David Luiz on the backline.

He goes down, claiming contact from Luiz but the ref isn't having any of it. Didn't look like anything.

Mohamed Salah's lofted ball into the box takes a deflection and almost falls for Sadio Mane.

Kepa reads it and collects in the nick of time. Roberto Firmino's cut-back is then cleared.

Callum Hudson-Odoi's cross is punched clear by Alisson. There was nobody coming in the back post but the keeper made sure it went all the way out for a throw-in.

Aleksander Pagels: How about this for an omen for Liverpool: On the last three occasions where they finished 2nd, in the following season they went on to finish outside the top four. Liverpool, you'd better win the title.

Fabinho then slides in on Eden Hazard and gets an edge of the ball. It's hurt Hazard and he's receiving some attention.
