    Everton 0-0 Man Utd

    Decent start to this one.

Gylfi Sigurdsson enjoys a spot of showboating in the sun as he takes the ball on his knee before flicking it beyond Fred, just felt he was about to unleash a half-volley on goal - but Fred pulls him down.

    Everton 0-0 Man Utd

Good feet from Gylfi Sigurdsson, but you felt Everton had to move the ball a little quicker there after winning it back in midfield.

The Iceland international took it wide and got his cross in, but United had numbers back.

It will be interesting to see how Everton cope with Man Utd's front three of Marcus Rashford, Romelu Lukaku and Anthony Martial. They have got bags of pace and trickery.

Good early pressure from the Toffees. Another corner.

Michael Keane leaps for it but Manchester United clear and Marcus Rashford is then hauled down by Dominic Calvert-Lewin - break was on for the visitors there.

Hoping for an Everton win today, dents Man Utd's chances of a top 4 finish meaning Man U have to go out and hopefully get something on Wednesday against City. Strange week to be wanting rivals to win their matches but if Liverpool are to win the EPL then we need a favour from them!

    Everton 0-0 Man Utd

Everton win a somewhat fortuitous corner as Seamus Coleman's over-hit pass flicks off a defender and David De Gea can't keep it in.

That'll be Manchester United goalkeeper's ball though, he gathers comfortably as it drops loose from the corner.

    Everton 0-0 Man Utd

A chance for Bernard to drive into space early on as he scampers down the left for Everton, but the Brazilian winger's cross is a little too deep.

Richarlison gets caught on the other side and is nursing his knee. Looks OK.

An early touch for former Toffees striker Romelu Lukaku is greeted by boos from the home fans.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: "We know we have to be realistic here and we know we have a job to be done.

"There's no quick fix, it's not like we buy seven players and suddenly we're in the right shape, we are where we are.

"We have to take it step-by-step and of course there will be signings made in the summer."

I thought all along Manchester United should have gone for Mauricio Pochettino but if I'd gone into United and done the job that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has then I'd expect to be given the job.

Let's be realistic they have been beaten by Barcelona twice, they lost to Paris St-Germain and Arsenal and Wolves away from home - they are all good teams. The run they have been on has been sensational though.

Everton boss Marco Silva says Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already made a major impact since replacing Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.

"We have big respect for Manchester United, but if we can reach the level we have reached in our last three home games it will be really tough for them," added Silva.

"They are different coaches and different formations, because with Solskjaer they are changing many times, and not just playing with one system or one formation.

"They have quality players and they can play with six or seven different players in the attack line.

"They have shown us why they have high quality, but I am 100 per cent sure we can make it tough for them."
