Not a chance. Nothing of any note. It's two evenly matched sides, same formations, and they're going man-for-man here basically. So far, decent on the eye in the midfield and I'm still predicting goals as there's too many good attacking options of the pitch for there not to be.

  2. Postpublished at 20:08 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    St Mirren 0-1 Celtic

Celtic should be 2-0 up. Callum McGregor again does good work in midfield and picks out Oliver Burke. The on-loan West Brom man has just the goalkeeper to beat but skews his shot horribly wide.

  3. goal

GOAL Rangers 2-0 Heart of Midlothianpublished at 20:07 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    Connor Goldson

It's all too easy for Rangers as James Tavernier's free-kick is headed home by Connor Goldson.

That's the English centre-half's fourth goal of the campaign.

A long way back for Hearts now.

  4. Postpublished at 20:07 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    Hibernian 0-0 Kilmarnock

A brisk pace at Easter Road, the ball pinging from end-to-end, but without any end product so far.

There's so much at stake for both - Hibs want to seal a top six finish in what manager Paul Heckingbottom calls their "biggest game of the season" and Kilmarnock will be determined to hold on to third place.

  5. Postpublished at 20:04 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    Livingston 0-0 Hamilton Academical

Ryan Hardie scored a late penalty in Livingston's loss to Hibs on Friday and he's made a very bright start this evening.

The striker wriggles free on the edge of the box but his dipping left-foot shot is easily saved by Gary Woods.

Accies are being forced into an early change, meanwhile, with Aaron McGowan forced off injured and Alex Gogic taking his place at the back.

Steve Clarke should be looking forward at getting Kilmarnock into Europe which is a huge achievement. We were talking about managers of the year and I think he has to be one of them, I think they've been wonderful. With the budget they have, to be above Aberdeen, Hearts and Hibs who have a bigger budget is a really good job. If they can stay on in third it's like winning the league as they can't catch Rangers or Celtic with their financial limitations.

  7. goal

GOAL Rangers 1-0 Heart of Midlothianpublished at 20:02 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    Jermain Defoe

It's been coming as it's been all Rangers so far at Ibrox.

James Tavernier is found inside the penalty box by Scott Arfield and, when the full-back's shot is blocked at close range by goalkeeper Zdenek Zlamal, Jermain Defoe volleys home.

The veteran former England striker has already had one chopped off for offside, there is no mistake this time.

  8. Postpublished at 20:02 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    Rangers 0-0 Heart of Midlothian

Rangers continue to press and Hearts goalkeeper Zdenek Zlamal has to punch clear as James Tavernier powers in a drive in search of his 15th goal of the season.

    Callum Hendry

Richard Foster's deep cross from the right finds Callum Hendry and the youngster's clipped strike nestles in the bottom corner. Dundee will be sickened as Kenny Miller should have put them in front moments earlier, rounding Saints keeper Zander Clark but failing to finish.

    Timothy Weah

Timothy Weah's header hits the bar and bounces down. St Mirren players believe it hasn't crossed the line, but referee Don Robertson has given it.

  11. CLOSE!published at 19:59 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    St Mirren 0-0 Celtic

Both sides pass up good chances within a minute at the Simple Digital Arena.

A looping ball falls for St Mirren's Duckens Nazon at the back post but he swings a boot at it an fails to make contact.

Then Kristoffer Ajer is picked out beautifully in the opposition box by Callum McGregor. Why the centre back is in that position is a surprise, but he waltzes in unmarked and should score. Blasts over...

  12. Lions bare their teethpublished at 19:58 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    Livingston 0-0 Hamilton Academical

A pretty lively start to proceedings in West Lothian.

Ziggy Gordon was a bit short with a header back to his goalkeeper but Gary Woods was out sharp enough to smother the ball before Scott Pittman could nip in.

Up the other end, Accies have played some nice stuff around the home box, with Tony Andreu finding space before seeing his shot deflected wide.

  13. A slice of fortune for Donspublished at 19:57 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    Aberdeen 1-0 Motherwell

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

Quite a slice of fortune about that Max Lowe opener – Aberdeen won’t care, they will take the goals however they come. They will be hoping that can be the spark to turn around their poor recent home form.

    Rangers 0-0 Heart of Midlothian

Jermain Defoe threatens again in the early moments for Rangers, but the veteran former England striker's shot is deflected wide after Scott Arfield's flick tees him up inside the penalty box.

  15. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 19:54 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    St Johnstone 0-0 Dundee

Chris Kane tucks away the rebound after Ross Callachan's shot is superbly saved by Seny Dieng, but the offside flag cuts short the St Johnstone striker's celebrations.

  16. It's been a while for the Buddies...published at 19:53 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    St Mirren 0-0 Celtic

St Mirren lifted themselves off the foot of the table at the weekend, coming from behind to beat Dundee in Paisley.

It's been almost 10 years since the Buddies got the better of Celtic in the league; a surprise 4-0 success back in 2010. That crushing defeat was the end of Tony Mowbray's reign and gave a certain Neil Lennon the chance to step up and show what he could do.

You'll take that one. Right out of the blue. There was no way Max Lowe was trying to score there.

  18. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 19:50 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    Rangers 0-0 Heart of Midlothian

Jermain Defoe slots the ball into the net from 15 yards, but the flag is up after Ryan Jack pokes it through to the striker as Hearts centre-half John Souttar dallies on the ball on the edge of the penalty box.

  19. 'Rarely dull' when Hibs & Killie meetpublished at 19:50 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    Hibernian 0-0 Kilmarnock

    Brian McLauchlin
BBC Sport Scotland at Easter Road

Kilmarnock boss Steve Clarke is still feeling under the weather with a nasty cold but a win tonight would be a major pickup for him and if Hearts are to somehow come away from Ibrox with a result then the Rugby Park club would close in on second place Rangers.

That said, Hibernian under Paul Heckingbottom have been terrific and after a run of results they have lifted themselves into pole position to secure the final slot in the top six.

Games between these sides are rarely dull with an average of five goals being scored in the last four meetings. Indeed you have to go back to 2001 for the last goalless draw. Killie had an up and coming striker called Kris Boyd in their starting eleven that day. However, its a place on the bench this evening for the now veteran hitman.

  20. goal

GOAL Aberdeen 1-0 Motherwellpublished at 19:49 British Summer Time 3 April 2019

    Max Lowe

It's an early lead for Aberdeen, but Max Lowe certainly didn't mean that one! After playing a one-two with Connor McLennan on the left-hand side, he sends a hopeful cross in to the box, but it loops over Mark Gillespie and goes in off the inside of the post.
