Strike! Ademola Lookman comes to life, he has three Burnley defenders in his face but gets away from them all, spinning on to his left foot and then absolutely lashing a shot against the crossbar and away!

Ademola Lookman has been quiet since coming on but that's nice feet, opens up a yard of space and then clips a cross in which is just ahead of Gylfi Sigurdsson.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin then scuffs a shot from 20 yards straight at Tom Heaton.

Wrong option! Gylfi Sigurdsson unlocks the Burnley defence with a clever touch, Seamus Coleman gallops into the area and should square it low and hard but tries to clip a cross in - Tom Heaton is able to easily hold on.

Bouncing ball, James Tarkowski steps across DCL and checks his run. No penalty there lad. Bit of a sleepwalk to the finish here.

Matej Vydra has only scored once in the Premier League all season but he's made a bit of a difference since coming on. Sharp and lively. Waspish.

Everton would have been looking to bury this game at half time but they haven't clicked into top gear. Burnley are much improved without ever really hurting Jordan Pickford and co.

Lucas Digne and then Gylfi Sigurdsson swap dangerous crosses into the Burnley goalmouth. James Tarkowski reminds Gareth Southgate up in the stands that he's as good as most at clearing away balls in the six-yard box. In case England get drawn against Millwall in the Nations League or something.

Ahhh, lovely football from Everton as Idrissa Gueye makes the third-man run down the left, he has a wealth of options in the middle but cuts it back to Dominic Calvert-Lewin lurking outside the area - he can only sidefoot it well over the top though. Holds his head in his hands. Knows he should have worked Tom Heaton.

Burnley should be out of this but they'e really not. That's very nearly a goal back as another teasing cross from the left causes Kurt Zouma problems and Johann Gudmundsson can only knee/thigh the ball over the bar.
