Manchester City

A season to forget for both sides, but more so for Manchester United after this dismal showing, finishing sixth in the table.
Cardiff take the three points as they return to the Championship.

Nick: Has anything actually happened at #Leicester v Chelsea? Goals everywhere else.
Jirkur: Please can someone tell Chelsea and Leicester that it's a goal galore day?
Zach: Goals everywhere bar Leicester v Chelsea. I'd forgotten that match was even taking place.
Liverpool 2-0 Wolves
The entire Anfield crowd are on their feet singing on, supporting this side. They do of course have one rather large day to come in the hunt for glory...
Liverpool 2-0 Wolves
Into added time at Anfield. The wait for a title will tick on to 30 years.
Brighton 1-4 Manchester City
Riyad Mahrez to Sergio Aguero, is this five...no!
Blocked.
Salomon Rondon (90 mins)
Salomón Rondón bags his 11th Premier League goal of the season for Newcastle as the striker goes through on goal and, although his initial effort is denied by Sergio Rico he makes no mistake at the second attempt.
Brighton 1-4 Man City
Michael Brown
Former Manchester City and Spurs midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live
If I was Sergio Aguero I would ask my teammates if 'you could stop passing it around in midfield and get it forward, I want to win the golden boot'. Strikers are like that.
Brighton 1-4 Manchester City
A final goodbye for Vincent Kompany? Hard to read too much into it but he does have a very prolonged exit, hugging every City player on his way off, lifting Pep off his feet in a bear hug and pointedly saluting the away support.
Nico Otamendi comes on.

Paul: People missing the big result. Newcastle scoring 3 away!
Chris: Hoping this isn't Rafa's last game for Newcastle through ongoing off field situation with us having Rafa here has been a fantastic moral boost. What he's done for our club in guiding us to promotion & then a 10th/13th place finish has been sensational. We love u Rafa
We are into the last five minutes of the season and unfortunately for the neutral there is nothing whatsoever at stake.
But it's been a brilliant season. Liverpool are going to finish second with 97 points. Ludicrous.
Liverpool 2-0 Wolves
Trent Alexander-Arnold has provided 12 assists in the Premier League in 2018-19: the most by a defender in a single campaign in the competition.
Liverpool 2-0 Wolves
Virgil van Dijk fancies getting in on the act and loops a header from a corner on to the top of the crossbar.
Brighton 1-4 Manchester City
Brighton captain Bruno is given an outstanding send off as he leaves the field for the final time in his career. He's in tears as he embraces every player, on both sides.
Pep claps him off too. On comes Martin Montoya.

With 97 points, Liverpool would've blitzed every other Premier League season (except Man City's 100 points last year.) Very unlucky but Man City have been on fire!
Luke B
Just to be clear, this isn't madness, this isn't bad luck, 97 points and one loss is impressive, but City have simply been more impressive!
Martin, Spurs fan
Man Utd 0-2 Cardiff
Still not happening for Manchester United.
Jesse Lingard into the box, but scuffs wide of the far post.
