Brighton v Man City (15:00 BST)

    Jermaine Jenas
Former Tottenham midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

You can’t help but feel City have come through what they needed to come through. Brighton played well against Arsenal but I don’t see how they can keep City out.

They haven’t conceded in the last few games, it’s been relentless.

Take yourself to the last game of the season last year. Nothing to play for against Southampton, bar getting 100 points. They put so much into that game and celebrated like it was that match that clinched the title. Moments like that show you the pressure Pep Guardiola puts on his players.

Divock Origi (he has a habit of scoring important goals) was the hero for Liverpool at St James' Park, heading in a 86th minute winner as the Reds won 3-2.

The pressure was back on Manchester City....

Against Leicester on Monday, City were struggling to make the breakthrough.

But in the 70th minute up stepped captain marvel.

"No shoot Vinnie, no shoot!" shouted Pep Guardiola.

    Vincent Kompany did not listen.

So English football is the toast of Europe, two finals, four finalists.

    That's to come.

Today, we crown the best team in the country.

After almost nine months of football, just one point separates the top two.

The title will either be settled at Anfield or the Amex Stadium.

Liverpool host Wolves, Manchester City are at Brighton.

A win for City and they are champions. There is no margin for error.

Has there ever been a more bonkers week in football?

And a word of warning, it's not over yet.

If we have learned anything since Monday it is that anything, absolutely anything can happen in football....
