How many times can I tell the missus (a non football fan) that there's a huge game on that I can't miss? I've been telling her for a while that the season ends soon, but Pompey in the playoffs (season ticket holder), then FA Cup Final, then UCL Final, then Nations League, then go again. It's going to cost me a fortune in distraction gifts and spa days...
Paul, Gosport
Will the Europa League provide us with the same excitement as the Champions League over the past 48 hours?
Come back here tonight for our build-up and live updates as Chelsea and Arsenal aim to advance to the final.
In the meantime, check out what English teams' dominance in Europe means for the qualification for next season right here.

James Bardez: Scoring four in 90 min without conceding against Barca surely beats a 2-3 comeback against an inexperienced team that has punched above its weight #bbcfootball, external
Chris Baldwin: Due to start holiday in Cornwall on June 1st. Have been given permission to postpone for a few days. Not wanting to sell a kidney to pay for flights and hotel it’s the ferry and 15 hour drive to Madrid in the campervan! Can’t miss this one.
Tottenham v Liverpool (1 June, 20:00 BST)
"It was a disappointing first half and we let them play," Harry Kane said.
"I went into the dressing room at half-time and we knew it wasn't good enough."
He also spoke about whether he would be fit to play in the final on 1 June.
"Hopefully. Rehab is going well so far. I start straight-line running this week," Kane explained.
"We'll see. So far so good, so if it carries on as it should I would hope to be (fit). There's still a few weeks to go."

Remote dilemma - my son is an Arsenal fan, and my other son is a Chelsea fan so there may be a squabble over the remote tonight. Even better though, I'm a Newport County fan, so I'll be pulling rank!!

Dad rules the roost!
Valencia v Arsenal (20:00 BST)
Valencia forward Goncalo Guedes is nicknamed Ducati , externalby his team-mates for his effortless yet explosive motorbike-like acceleration, but has often fluctuated between scorching hot and freezing cold.
With six goals and three assists in his past 10 games, the 22-year-old is an all-or-nothing kind of player - equally capable of delivering match-winning heroics or leaving you wondering if he's even on the pitch.
Unfortunately for Valencia, last Thursday's Europa League semi-final first-leg defeat at Arsenal saw one of his too-frequent underwhelming performances; the Portuguese made little impact and was substituted after 70 minutes.
Signed by Arsenal boss Unai Emery for Paris St-Germain two years ago, Guedes was largely overlooked while in France.
So could the forward, who is said to epitomise the "new Valencia", send a message to his former boss and help overturn a 3-1 scoreline against Arsenal on Thursday?

My little girl was born 3 weeks ago and I was handed her last night at the 50 minute mark in the game to give my wife a break...We scored 3 goals. I have never experienced such controlled elation in my life. Needless to say I will be watching the final with my little good luck charm firmly in my arms! COYS!!!!!!
Stefan, incredulous Spurs fan
Oh, by the way, this is the 'view' you'll be getting at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium...

Nick Smith 12.47. Take wife & daughter to Madrid. Nice pressie for all. Sorted!!! They will love you even more
Chris, Horsham
Sometimes you get the feeling it's going to be a teams year, Chelsea in 2012 had to ride their luck, Spurs this year, needing inter to draw with PSV, the var goal against City & then last night. Just get the sense it's their year, what a job Pochettino has done! Any team a worthy winner after their semi final heroics, though!
Louis, Glasgow
It's their year?
Isn't that Liverpool's line?
Alan Shearer
Former England captain
What Manchester City and Liverpool have done this week in the Premier League and Europe has underlined what exceptional teams they both are, and what a special season this has been.
It has been a title race like no other I can remember, because of the relentless way both teams have kept on getting results.
I am expecting both teams to continue their winning runs in their final league games of the season on Sunday, which would mean Liverpool missing out on the title having only lost once in that competition all season.
If that does happen, it will have taken the best team of the Premier League era to beat them, and the Reds have pushed City all the way.

Thank you spurs for putting a stop to Game of Thrones chatter for at least a day.

Dave Austin: I live in Amsterdam and I’m a Spurs fan. I was the only Spurs fan in a packed Dutch pub. I couldn’t properly celebrate our winner so resorted to crying into my scarf. That’s football! #COYS, external#BBCFootball, external
Martin Mannion: So Spurs come back from 3-0 down, away from home, in 45 minutes, missing their top striker, against a team that played their socks off and all without spending £150m. Yet they just don't seem to be getting near the credit Liverpool did? Bonkers
Ajax 2-3 Tottenham
Alex Bysouth
"It was like the ground disappeared from under our feet. So close. We were so close."
Ajax captain Matthijs de Ligt's despair as the Dutch giants agonisingly squandered the chance to reach a first Champions League final for 23 years was telling.
This young side were on the brink of achieving something remarkable until Tottenham staged what had seemed an impossible comeback.
So... is this the beginning of the end? Head here to find out.

Well. I couldn't sleep on Tuesday after that match as a neutral. How does anyone expect me to sleep after spurs at last win a semi final. I feel so good I don't mind if Arsenal win tonight

Onlyonethfc: I’m still trying to let last night sink in. Words can’t explain the emotions of it all! From nearly being eliminated in the group stage. To beating Dortmund, Man City and now Ajax in the way. Will take some beating! Tottenham Hotspur I love you
Prof Boris Yurinov: Pinching myself. Unreal evening of drama.
Inge: Liverpool are my favourite, but Spurs come a close second. It will be a serene final for me. It is a pity that they cannot share the trophy and 1 place.
Ajax 2-3 Tottenham
Kieran Trippier had some words of praise for his team-mate Harry Kane.
"Harry is exceptional for club and country.
"I don't know the timescale with his injury but obviously we're all hoping he can be back [for the final] because of his presence.
"Even here, at half-time, he came in going mental at us, because we can do better, which we all knew."
