CHANCE! Oh Harry Maguire you lucky so and so, he tries to shepherd the ball out, is mugged and it's pulled back for Memphis Depay and he balloons it over.

Two huge chances for the Dutch. Wasted.

Will: I am absolutely 100% saying this because it could cost England, but I've changed my mind on VAR. Ruining the game

Nathan: I have to say I love VAR. Every game has an element of "deal or not deal" to it.

Lewis: The one problem with VAR is time... Yes offsides should be black and white but take other situations. If it is taking that long then is it a clear and obvious error? No! So go with the initial decision. That will make VAR usage better and fans less frustrated.

  3. CLOSE!published at 90+3 mins

    Netherlands 1-1 England

Jesse Lingard seems to bring his best play to the national side, a sort of inverse John Barnes, as he cuts in from the left and bends a speculative shot just wide of the corner. England have improved since the Netherlands scored. It's a tense watch at the moment!

The goalkeeper scrambled across but I think he had it covered and it was not the cleanest strike we have ever seen from Harry Kane.
