VAR is checking a possible penalty for Arsenal. There's a suggestion there may have been a handball as Alexandre Lacazette challenged for possession.

Its a quick check though and the decision is no penalty.

A bit slack at the back there from Liverpool. A shame because they have been playing so well. The shot from Lucas Torreira gave the goalkeeper no chance. Maybe Arsenal think they can get something out of this.

Roberto Firmino turns and goes down inside the area under pressure from Granit Xhaka. Referee Anthony Taylor says no penalty and the appeals from the Liverpool fans were half-hearted.

Great awareness and defending from James Milner. He tracked him all the way back. He always looks not where the danger is but what could happen. He has made that last ditch attempt to clear the ball and it was brilliant.

Feel for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. He's spent a lot of this game with his back to the Liverpool goal watching what is going on at the other end of the pitch.

He gets the chance to stretch his legs now, though, and breaks forward with two players in support. He slides a pass through the defence for Nicolas Pepe and then continues his run into the box to try and meet the return pass but James Milner heads behind.

Ed O'Toole: Liverpool are so superior in every department that this could get embarrassing for Arsenal.
