A wild shot from Kaspar Paur shot almost turns into a brilliant cross to Peeter Klein but the Kalju striker, perhaps taken slightly by surprise, can't get anything on it right in front of goal.

A Leigh Griffiths free kick causes some consternation in the Kalju penalty area and Lewis Morgan lashes in a shot that is inadvertently blocked by team-mate Jozo Simunovic.

The home fans rise expecting a goal but Max Mata, miles offside, blazes his shot wide - and then the flag comes up from the linesman.

Marian Shved almost scores just moments after coming on. Lewis Morgan drives forward with real purpose and then slips the substitute through for a one-on-one with the keeper and Pavel Londak pulls of a good stop to deny the winger a goal with his first touch.

Celtic certainly haven’t had it all their own way in this second half, though that sounds faintly ludicrous given the margin of their advantage in the tie. Nonetheless, with the game in the bag, Neil Lennon is giving the Celtic fans their first glimpse of Marian Shved in a competitive match for the final quarter of the match.

Another Celtic debut as Ukrainian winger Marian Shved comes on to take over from holding midfielder Nir Bitton.

A big chance for Christopher Jullien to mark his Celtic debut with a goal as he gets his timing wrong by a fraction and heads a Leigh Griffiths free-kick just over from six yards.

The home side are having a good wee spell here as Kaspar Paur hammers in a shot but it's straight at goalkeeper Craig Gordon, who beats it away.

Just prior to the incident Nir Bitton was booked for a foul on Peeter Klein.

A lifeline for Maccabi Tel Aviv as Yonatan Cohen draws them level at 2-2 with Cluj but they trail on aggregate to the Romanian visitors.

A couple of corners in quick succession for Kalju but nothing for Celtic to worry about as Craig Gordon does well to fend off the second with a solid punch.

Mikey Johnston is full of beans as he takes on three players and wins a corner for his team. The delivery is cleared out to Olivier Ntcham at the edge of the box and the midfielder's curling shot is not far away at all.

We're up and running again. No changes for Celtic.

The only surprise as the teams go in at the break is that Celtic’s lead is not more commanding on the night, such has been their absolute dominance. Nonetheless, there is a small hardcore of home fans behind the goal off to our right who have backed their team throughout, chanting and bouncing with endless energy. Alas, for the Estonians, it’s all been in vain.
