A corner from the left comes to Ben Mee and he heads it onto the crossbar. It bounces dangerously down near the left post and Chris Wood is trying to poke it in.

Ryan Bennett slides in to make the block and almost kicks it into his own net. It doesn't go fully over the line and Rui Patricio manages to claw it out before gathering it in.

The injured Allan Saint-Maximin goes off. On comes Christian Atsu. That's a blow to Newcastle, especially so early on.

There's a small flag of Mexico fluttering inside Molineux but it is Ruben Neves - not Raul Jimenez - who has gone closest for Wolves.

The home fans are singing about new signing Patrick Cutrone who is on the subs bench. The lyrics include the words pizza and pasta!

Allan Saint-Maximin does well to reach a ball on the backline but gets his feet all wrong and ends up poking it out!

It was silly from Harry Winks really. He was worried about the counter attack and just pulled his shirt. It's silly for Winks to get a yellow for something like that so early in the game.

Neat play from Matthew Lowton down the right creates a chance for Ashley Barnes, who receives the ball on the edge of the area in the centre.

He drills it low towards the keeper's right and he's not too far away!

Erik Lamela does well to retain possession and spreads it left to Danny Rose. He pushes it onto Son Heung-min but the South Korean can't get into the box.

Spurs reset and go all the way round the back.

Two Spurs corners are headed clear by Newcastle forward Joelinton. The visitors have barely touched the ball so far and we're seven minutes in.

Morgan Gibbs-White looks to get away down the right but his touch is heavy. He's almost falling over as he desperately chases it down but Ben Mee comes across to intercept.
