There is plenty of chat about a certain goal from San Marino which came very early against England after that shock Kosovo opener.

Kosovo are not messing about. They have come to have a go and their fans are loving it.

England, meanwhile, have responded well to that early self-inflicted wound.

Ben Chilwell does exactly that, whipping in low and hard but it's booted away for a corner, which Arijanet Muric does well to come out and claim.

Kosovo had a dream start and although they are working hard, they cannot get close to England.

England need to put more crosses into the box, at the moment they are playing in front of the defence.

Kosovo said they would come and have a go and they are hard enough. Straight from kick-off they attack again but England see it out. Fine atmosphere.

With England's size, they have a chance but Raheem Sterling knows how to get in the six yard box and knows where the goal is.

It was a free header, he got up nice and early but the goalkeeper had no chance with that one.

This is nice for England, someone having a go instead of parking the double decker bus.

An early goal for Portugal in Lithuania, with Cristiano Ronaldo slotting home a penalty. That's his 90th international goal. Only one player has ever reached 100 before.

England keep the ball and keep the ball but they are going nowhere with it at the moment. Although Jadon Sancho does now flash in a low cross and win a corner.

What a start in Southampton. Superb from the visitors! The TV cameras were on Gareth Southgate in the dugout while Michael Keane telegraphed that one.

Fabulous noise from the away fans too as England have some steady possession.

I said before the game we would see what happens when England are pressed.

It is so sloppy from Michael Keane, he could have turned but decided to go across his own half.

What a terrible pass but what a finish from Valon Berisha.

It wans't a great ball from Jordan Henderson to Michael Keane but still, that is a howler from the Everton man.

Kosovo will have a go, they are full of confidence but England will dominate. They will have too much for them and once they come off the pace, England's quality will come through.

It would have been great for Kosovo to play at Wembley but it is nice to take it on the road.

This is a game that has been built up and Gareth Southgate will have told his players not to take them lightly.
