    Matic did the job in pre-season, so it was an obvious call, although Phil Jones has been at the club much longer, so it is slightly surprising he was not considered.

    Angel Gomes has made a good start for Man Utd. The 19-year-old played a good one-two with Marcus Rashford in the build-up to the Fred shot and he's just earned a free-kick with a neat turn outside the box.

    Rashford's set-piece effort flies dangerously wide following a deflection off the wall.
