    Livingston v Rangers (19:45)

Striker Lyndon Dykes returns for Livingston after serving a ban he picked up in the last meeting with Rangers. He replaces the injured Chris Erskine, who has been suffering from a pelvic injury.

Tunisian winger Aymen Souda steps into the starting XI to replace Scott Robinson.

It would appear to be an attacking line-up from manager Gary Holt.

Rangers assistant Gary McAllister said yesterday that he and Steven Gerrard learned their lesson from last season - making too many changes - and only in-form veteran Steven Davis and winger Brandon Barker drop out, with Glen Kamara and Scott Arfield returning to the midfield.

  7. McCall flies Championship flag once morepublished at 18:51 British Summer Time 25 September 2019

    Celtic v Partick Thistle (19:45)

There is a kind of symmetry afoot as Ian McCall heads to Celtic Park in charge of Partick Thistle for the second time in his career.

Almost a year to the day ago, the 54-year-old's Ayr United were the only side outside of the top flight to play in the quarter-finals.

Following Monday's switch to Firhill after the sacking of Gary Caldwell, he finds himself in the same position.

He will be hoping to avoid the kind of 4-0 thumping the Honest Men received at the hands of another Glasgow side, Rangers, at Ibrox.

    Scottish League Cup, quarter-finals

  10. Here we go again...published at 18:45 British Summer Time 25 September 2019

You're forgiven if you feel a sense of deja vu when looking at tonight's Scottish League Cup quarter-final fixtures.

Five of the eight sides are the same as exactly the same time and stage last year, with only one Championship side again interrupting the Premiership dominance.

With Hearts facing Aberdeen, there is, though, no chance of the same four semi-finalists emerging this time round.

Stay with us to find out who makes it as we bring you the build-up, live coverage and post-match reaction from all four games on the BBC Sport website and BBC Radio Scotland MW.
