    The Canaries are building...

It's getting louder at the Vitality.

Both sets of fans are willing their teams to score.

  4. Postpublished at 60 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

Nearly a brilliant counter by Norwich.

Some fine free-flowing play eventually sees Teemu Pukki direct a cross towards the oncoming Todd Cantwell but Philip Billing is there to intercept.

This season's new laws state that a substituted player "must leave by the nearest point on the boundary line unless the referee indicates that the player may leave directly and immediately at the halfway line or another point (eg for safety/security or injury)".

In this instance, referee Lee Mason allowed Ben Godfrey to leave the field by walking slowly to the right-hand touchline rather than the "nearest point" (by the goal). While his safety and security did not appear to be under threat, the speed (or lack of it) with which he left the field, while Norwich readied their sub, drew the ire of the home fans.

Straight up the other end and Callum Wilson looks to hook Lewis Cook's ball into the far corner but it drifts just wide.

  7. Postpublished at 56 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

    They just might.

Kenny McLean plays in Teemu Pukki, who fires in a low cross which Steve Cook nearly turns into his own net.

Ibrahim Amadou rises highest to meet the corner but he can't direct his effort goal-ward.

  8. Postpublished at 54 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

Eddie Howe will be tearing his hair out at his side's wastefulness.

But can Norwich make them pay?

  9. Postpublished at 54 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

A nice bit of link-up between Adam Smith and Callum Wilson sees the former break into the box and unleash a powerful shot...

...but he had collected Wilson's backheel from an offside position.

  10. Postpublished at 52 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

Promising again from Bournemouth as Ryan Fraser flies down the left and whips in an inviting ball.

But Dominic Solanke fails to meet it and it's an easy claim for Tim Krul in the end.

  11. Postpublished at 50 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

Looks like Alex Tettey is going to drop in alongside Ibrahim Amadou in central defence.

Tom Trybull, who's making his first appearance since August, takes his skipper's place in midfield.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 49 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

Ben Godfrey is in a bit of discomfort here.

He had a hernia operation over the international break - but it's not clear whether this issue is to do with that or not.

Anyway, Tom Trybull comes on in his place.

  13. Postpublished at 48 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

The hosts start with a promising attack on the right.

Adam Smith passes to Harry Wilson, who jinks inside and drifts one in looking for his strikers, but neither can meet it and it goes harmlessly out.

  14. KICK-OFFpublished at 46 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

    Off we go again.

Can either side find a goal? Or a shot on target at least?

Neither of these sides has kept a clean sheet in the Premier League season. Surely we can't be on for a goalless draw here?

Tim Krul has been the busier of the two keepers, but despite some good build-up play at times, neither side has found a clinical edge in attack so far.

  16. HALF-TIMEpublished at 45+1 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

Not a lot to shout about to be honest.

There's only been one shot on target, and that was Dominic Solanke's effort after 22 minutes, which was well saved by the returning Tim Krul.

  17. Postpublished at 45 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

Jamal Lewis plays in Todd Cantwell with a cheeky backheel but it comes to nothing as Nathan Ake boots the ball away.

Not long left in the first half now...

  18. Postpublished at 42 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

    The Cherries keep pushing.

Ryan Fraser sees two crosses from the left flank cleared in quick succession.

  19. Postpublished at 40 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

Maybe he doesn't need to touch it, tough.

Aa lovely dummy by Callum Wilson sees Ryan Fraser found in space by Philip Billing's through ball but the Scot can't do anything with it.

  20. Postpublished at 38 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Norwich

Callum Wilson has netted five goals in six Premier League games against newly promoted sides but he hasn't managed to find any openings as of yet.

The England man has taken just 15 touches so far - of his team-mates - only Aaron Ramsdale has taken fewer.
