That's the best passage of play Southampton have had, they kept the ball well. They've got runners in behind and truthfully, Valery should score.

Southampton are stuck in their own half, but they break quickly as Nathan Redmond sprints away down field. No one in a blue shirt can stay with him.
Team-mate Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is there with him though, and he threads the ball through to Yan Valery who unleashes a shot - but it's well saved by Kasper Schmeichel.
Down at the other end, and Jamie Vardy scoops a shot from range well off-target. That isn't one he'll want to watch back.

Hasan Anfield: Regardless of tonight's outcome. Leicester city will finish in the top three this season.
Dylan Gair: Going to go against everyone but I think that's a terrible decision. Never a red card. There is no force in the tackle and just misses the ball in what are horrible conditions!

We haven't played long and I know Hasenhuttl has had the sending off to deal with but he's changed the Southampton formation three times already.

Leicester have just outnumbered Southampton down the side of the pitch. Leicester have played some good football, pass and move and it's a great finish again, this time by Perez.

The Foxes have their tails up and they're going for the kill here, similar to the way they dismantled 10-man Newcastle 5-0 at the end of September.

Every time Leicester move forward they look like they're going to score.

Leicester have Southampton penned in, Harvey Barnes attempts a cross but Southampton's Yan Valery gets a toe to it which places the ball neatly into the path of Youri Tielemans.
The Belgian makes no mistakes, firing in his side's second.

I think the pictures tell the story with that challenge, the referee has got that right. Not the best 12 minutes Southampton have had this season.

The replays show Ryan Bertrand produced a very high tackle on Ayoze Perez as Leicester broke forward for the opener.
I'm not sure there can be any complaints from Southampton with the verdict.

Leicester break forward and James Maddison initially leaves the ball for Ben Chilwell on the edge of the area.
The left-back appears to shoot, but it rolls instead to Jamie Vardy whose shot is parried by Angus Gunn straight into the path of Chilwell who was the only player to continue his run.
