But harsh that, Yousuf. They haven't been bad attempts...
Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace
Another Chelsea free-kick in scoring range. This time Emerson flashes one narrowly wide. Palace are living dangerously - not helped by conceding silly free-kicks.
Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace
Wilfried Zaha has hardly touched the ball yet he's just been booked for hacking down Willian. Zaha is not happy and is talking back to Mike Dean. Palace skipper Luka Milivojevic gets involved and attempts to calm his team-mate down.

Crystal Palace are asking to be broken down. Emerson and Reece James will be absolutely vital to Chelsea because Christian Pulisic and Willian are rolling inside, giving the full-backs licence to bomb on. There's lots of space.
Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace
Willian takes one for the team. The Chelsea skipper lunges into Jordan Ayew as the Palace striker looks to counter after a Chelsea corner is cleared. Mike Dean had no hesitation reaching for his pocket for that one.
Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace
Five shots - one on target - and three corners. All Chelsea are missing is a goal. It's been a bright and busy start by Frank Lampard's side.
Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace
Reece James is playing like a seasoned pro. He draws a free-kick from James McArthur which presents Chelsea with a chance to score from a set-piece.
Up steps Willian to curl it. Wow. That was close. Chelsea are on top - and look every bit like a team that has won five Premier League games in a row.
Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace
It's a typical Saturday lunchtime atmosphere. Nothing like the noise from the midweek Champions League game with Ajax so far.
There's a buzz as Christian Pulisic bursts clear in the penalty area before bringing a good block from Vicente Guaita. That was Chelsea's best moment to date.
Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace
Loads and loads of Chelsea possession in the early exchanges. Two corners for the hosts too - lots of work for James Tomkins and Gary Cahill to do at the heart of the Palace defence.
Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace
Mason Mount gets into his stride before working it to Christian Pulisic but the in-form forward can't get his attempt on target. It's low and hard...and wide.
Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace
Reece James versus Wilfried Zaha is already developing into a fascinating battle.
Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace
Reece James is seeing lots of the ball in these early stages. And he looks completely at ease as he attempts to get another attack going only for Wilfried Zaha to get in the teenager's way.

Crystal Palace have a very good record away, but Frank Lampard is now a stand-out manager and Chelsea look very strong to qualify for next season's Champions League.
And if you look at their midweek game, no other team has upset Ajax as much as Chelsea did. There is a lot to be proud of.
Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace
Immediately Chelsea are on the front foot.
Willian flies towards the Palace defence before teenager Reece James delivers a teasing swerving cross, which Vicente Guaita is forced to put behind for a corner.

This is Frank Lampard's first Premier League London derby as manager.
He played in more London derbies than any other player in the competition (139), while only John Terry (68) won more such games than Lampard (65).

Reece James had a superb loan spell with Wigan where he came on bundles. Now it's time to show the characteristics and performance levels required. He was sensational in the week, got his goal, and now you hope he keeps kicking on and kicking on.
He's got the right people around him to keep his feet on the ground and I'm sure he'll get to where he wants to be.
