  2. 'Wonderful advert for football'published at 18:26 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2019

FT: Sheff Utd 3-3 Man Utd

    Mark Lawrenson
Ex-Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 live

That was a fabulous football match, played in a really good spirit. Well done to the managers because they gambled. The totally gambled in getting another goal, in getting themselves back in the game. That's been a wonderful advert for Premier League football. That is the best game I have seen this season.

    That was decent eh?

Still don't know where Manchester United pulled that comeback from.

We will have reaction from both managers coming up.

Ash Williams: That equaliser is the least Sheff Utd deserve. Man Utd abysmal for 70 mins and don’t deserve to win.

That seems like there is some arm movement, it looks a bit scruffy but does he move his arm out of the way in time. But is that clear and obvious? No. That should stay as a goal. Yes it is. What a comeback from Sheffield United, they looked dead and buried but they did not give up. What a game.

  8. Goal givenpublished at 18:20 Greenwich Mean Time 24 November 2019

    Sheff Utd 3-3 Man Utd

    It's given. Goal stands.

Anyway the goal...Callum Robinson's flicked cross into the area was controlled by Oliver McBurnie's chest, according to VAR, and fired past David De Gea.

    What a second half!

Damian Fogarty: And that is why the premier league is so captivating. Sometimes the only thing predictable is the unpredictability.

    Kenny: Well that escalated quickly...

By the way, Billy Sharp and Callum Robinson are on the pitch for the home side and Axel Tuanzebe for the Red Devils.

Sorry I missed those Blades subs - few things were happening on the pitch.

Credit where credit is due. it was not working for Manchester United and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer changed it. Sheffield United are looking really tired and heavy and now you think it could be more. I think there will be more goals. Everytime Manchester United come forward, there are gaping holes in Sheffield United's defence.

    Sheff Utd 2-3 Man Utd

    Mark Lawrenson

Every time they have come forwards in the last five, seven minutes they have created opportunities. This is what absolutely nobody expected. This has been a revival of all revivals. Nobody saw it coming.

    Marcus Rashford

    Sir Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Daniel James - Anthony Martial - Daniel James - Marcus Rashford fires it in from eight yards.

Simply brilliant and strange in equal measure.

    Mason Greenwood

    That's life!

You would never, in a month of Sundays, have put money of this lot coming back.

They looked more out of it than the fella knocked out by Deontay Wilder.

Marcus Rashford, in the box, teases a lovely ball into the six-yard area where sub Mason Greenwood tucks in.

    I do not believe it...

  20. goal

GOAL - Sheff Utd 2-1 Man Utdpublished at 72 mins

    Brandon Williams

    That'll do.

An absolute beauty on the half from 19-year-old Brandon Williams.

Dan James' cross right comes off the head of a Blades defender and lands in front of Williams who launches a fizzer into Simon Moore's left-hand corner.

    A truly exceptional strike.
