    Bournemouth

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe told Amazon: "It was a very frustrating game to watch, from our perspective. We have to take responsibility for that and we should have been better. The sending off seemed to harm us mentally and we never stamped our authority on the game.

"We needed a little bit more guile and creativity but it was lacking today. I'm not going to criticise the players and I'm going to take responsibility. It's not good enough and I have to go away and think about what I do.

"Roy [Hodgson] has got them very well organised and difficult to break down and we ran out of ideas. All the players gave their all but we just lacked a bit of intelligence and spark in and around the final third, and it has been missing at times this season."

On the speculation over his future: "This speculation is nonsense and I'm standing here as Bournemouth manager. I live my days for the club and I always has been, and that will never change."

Nick Pope has got absolutely no chance with that. Great work from David Silva initially and Rodri fully deserves that goal. What a strike! Manchester City have been simply brilliant tonight.

    Rodri (68 mins)

    That stayed hit!

I told you he was having a good game! David Silva's shot is charged down, it runs out to Rodri maybe 22 yards out, he gets his knee over the bouncing ball and cuts across the shot, absolutely monstering it into the roof of the net. Nearly lifted the net out of the ground in front of the away fans.

Rodri has been excellent tonight. The sort of player City have been missing for a few years. He breaks up play and starts an attack for the men in largely black, Kevin de Bruyne breaks a tackle and sends in Raheem Sterling but he's just offside this time.

Straight away Ashley Barnes and Jay Rodriguez are causing Manchester City problems. Rodriguez in particular has got so much more about his game, he's a technically gifted player.

City play out from the back so well - Burnley's front two close down the space and Ederson just nonchalantly whips a ball 45 yards into the feet of his team-mate on the right wing.

The improvement from the Newcastle game for Man City has been the decision making on the ball. Against Newcastle, they seemed to be forcing passes and trying to make too many things happen all at once. Tonight they have had patience which has been really positive.

It's all about patience in the build-up for Manchester City, then it's a moment of greatness from Bernardo Silva. Also what a replacement Gabriel Jesus is for Sergio Aguero.
